I highly recommend Victor, the Appliance Repair Guy! He fixed our dryer with ease. He quickly identified the problem, went and got the part, and installed it, all in under an hour, and all at a REASONABLE price! Victor has such a pleasant, professional demeanor- we felt most comfortable with him, unlike with some of the other appliance repair folks. The entire process from beginning to end was a breeze. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING VICTOR for all our future needs!

Second time we've called him. Excellent again. Called back quickly, very good at troubleshooting and repair. Dryer not broken, just clogged, worth every penny of the (reasonable) call charge.

Sunday morning, my stacked washer/dryer was not working. The washing machine portion was taking 4-5 hours to complete a load.
A few hours after I left a message, Victor called me back. Unable to guarantee a time of arrival on the same day, we set an appointment for 8am the following morning. He arrived on time, dressed with care (ie, no buttcrack showing), and ready for work. He took time to diagnose the issue, and after running it through a few cycles, replaced the door mechanism. He was cautious about confirming that this would fix the problem; he said that this $68 part could be the correction, or it could be another part which would cost close to $200. He asked me to wash a load and report back.
He would not take payment yet! He said he wanted to wait to see if this would fix the problem.
I have washed 2 loads on different cycles, and it seems to work perfectly. Yay!

TL; DR

Courteous, professional, showed up on time, fixed the problem, waited for payment until confirmation of the fix. I highly recommend.

This is the John Galt of the appliance world! He has all the tools & knows how to use them. He installed a dishwasher & hauled away the old one. He will be my go to guy for appliance repairs too! There is a reason he has so many 5 star reviews. Honestly, I'd give him 10!

Victor showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly and showed my mom on her phone the part with the price. He ordered it saturday and it showed up on monday. Besides the great service and friendly convo she raved about, also booking the appointment, getting the quote, and the whole thing was super painless. happy to use my dryer that now heats up!

We gave Victor The Appliance Guy a call after reading his reviews here on Yelp. We needed help with a LG stack dryer. Victor called back within a short period of time and was able to schedule a service call to fix the dryer. We were incredibly pleased with how prompt he was for the appointment. Victor works 7 days a week and came to the house on a Sunday which worked great for our schedule. We will be keeping Victor's name handy for when we need our next appliance repair and will happily give refer family and friends to The Appliance Guy! Thanks, Victor for your help!! I live in CA but needed a dishwasher replaced in my Reno condo so communicating remotely was going to be somewhat challenging. Thankfully, I chose the right person, Victor Ruiz, who got the job correctly done with the right attitude, honesty, and pleasantness. I won't bore everyone with the fine details but Victor made 3 trips to my condo, charged me a fair price, and deserves all 5 stars I gave him. Bravo Victor!

I'd recommend Victor to anyone needing appliance repairs. He did a great job with my microwave, was professional, kept me up to date on when he'd show up in the window he had given me, and was reasonably priced. I'll definitely use him again.

Victor is awesome! Our dryer stopped heating. I called Victor around 10am and got his voicemail. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he could come out that same day between 2 and 4. He was very on top of communication and never left us wondering. He was very friendly and nice. On top of that, our dryer fix took about an hour and was very reasonably priced. If we ever have something break down again, we know exactly who to call! There is a reason he has so many 5 star reviews. Thank you Victor!
