Park 'N Fly Oakland

I parked here for years when it was Park 'N Fly. It was awesome then! I just logged in to book and found they'd be bought by the Parking Spot. Bummer. Even when my two free days from the olden days were brought into the new system, it was still cheaper to just park on site in Economy at the airport. Sorry to see Park 'N Fly go. We won't be parking there anymore with the new ownership. Especially seeing all the bad new reviews.

Excellent service on our trip to Oakland airport. Marvin was our driver and he was extremely friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be using this place again.

Shuttle service has been reduced, wait lines much longer. New owners should add more shuttles to schedule

Park and fly will get your clock on a cheap daily rate, then add 35% in random fees when you get to checkout.

This dishonest business practice needs to go.

New owners. Higher prices and a really silly parking system where they escort you to spots while you drive by lots of open ones. And they are really not friendly. And fewer shuttles. This used to be my go to place. Never again.

Very impressed! Expresso Parking closed down so we tried this parking lot and it's way better!! Great service!

First time encountering chaos at the pick-up zone which is why PNF needs to improve on instructions or work with OAK to clearly manage the waiting parties for fairness.

As always instructed at drop-off for every trip, the driver told us to meet at the very beginning of the pick-up zone (4F?). When we returned from our trip, we stood by the curb as instructed and the shuttle stopped where expected.

That night and at that moment, no other parties seemed to indicate that they were waiting for PNF so we loaded up. After another family joined us, it was obvious that the other parties that followed were not standing in the "right" location and were fairly upset, complaining that they were passed up multiple times. There was barely room for a third party and PNF does not allow standing passengers at this location.

I was not sure if the other parties were implying that we were to give up our seats. However, we followed pick-up as instructed.

We like PNF and never had problems with previous trips. Unfortunately, the latest experience left us feeling awkward and uncomfortable if the instructions were not accurate and no staff to manage high demand.

We had a wonderful experience parking here! Shuttles were prompt, drivers great, they picked up and dropped us off at the car, and when our car battery was depleted after the trip they brought a jump charger out and helped us very quickly. Night and day better than our experience at Expresso Parking over Thanksgiving. (That time we had a paid reservation with email confirmation from that morning and the attendant wouldn't let us in the lot when their gate malfunctioned and didn't accept the QR code. 30 minutes trying to get that figured out, plus the mad dash from car to shuttle)

Even if there is a couple dollar difference per day I'll be parking here from now on for the Oakland Airport, thanks!!

New Ownership is poor!!
This company has been bought by The Parking Spot.
Although all signage, and the vans, all have ParkNFly on them. The parking spot took over a few months ago, and service has been downhill since. They let go of many drivers, so today only two shuttle vans were running between the airport and the parking lot. I've parked there for many, many years, and earned a preferred spot in the parking lot. However, the new company makes you pay if you want a preferred location in their lot. Previously, you could cancel a reservation as long as it was before you were to enter. This new company now has two separate rates. A prepaid rate that is nonrefundable, which, by the way, is not listed noticeably on the website. Or you can pay a higher rate and have it refunded. The original ParkNFly always had one rate, and you could apply discounts to that rate. They have lost my business, I'm going to try to find another parking lot that would allow you to cancel before your designated entry time, and the lack of shuttle drivers is a minus. Shame on you Parking Spot! The name should be Parking Not!

Easy reservations and payment with the app are good features. Discounts online are great

Good service. They tell you where to park for the shuttle to pick you up. Also, they immediately take you to the airport. Grabbing whatever parkers are there in the row. They don't have to wait until the van is full like some airport parking lots. Open 24/7!

You gotta book in advance online to get the deal. Even if it's the same day.

- General web rate is $12.95 a day
- $24 a day if you just roll up.

So don't just roll up. Book online or use the app.
