Park SFO

Dishonest: The valet dented my car. Cost $1325 to fix and did not own up and tried to cover the fact.

Very disappointed. Was quoted a certain price and had a copy of the email of the projected price. When we checked out, they charged us more than the quoted price and wouldn't honor the deal that was given to us by the the website. It's basically false advertising. Hope they fix this.

Made an indoor reservation and when I showed up, they blocked access to garage and directed me to outdoor lot. When I told them that I had an indoor reservation they said indoor is full... instead of giving me access to valet indoor, they made me park outside which is exactly what I wanted to avoid with a reservation. Completely mismanaged place with zero customer service... will park elsewhere going forward.

Parked my car here for seven days while I went to Kauai. Price wasn't too bad. They have coupons on their app which really helps saving money. It was my first time using this parking garage and I wasn't sure how to pay but a young man there was very helpful to me And showed me how to use the app which I already had downloaded but I wasn't sure how to use it. I was able to pay for the parking on the app and then use a QR code to get out of the garage once my business was taken care of. There are red and green lights at each parking stall so that you know where there is an open spot or a closed spot. That really is helpful when you are searching for a spot and don't wanna have to look both directions to see if there's an empty slot. The lights are up towards the ceiling so as you were driving through the lot you can see them. They are quite visible. I highly recommend this business and will use it again next time I need long-term parking.

If I could I would give this place negative stars. The fact they used exceptional in their description is a joke. My family and I recently used this place and their service and staff were horrible. They provided the worst service I have ever received from any company. I travel frequently and I will never use their service again. If you value good service and a safe place to leave your car than stay away.

It's buses run late - I wish I had just used long term parking which I what I thought I was doing when my Google map directed me here

A bit pricey per night (this is why I gave 4 stars), but car was safe after returning from a 5 day trip.

I always park here when flying from SFO. Never had a problem and feel very secure leaving my car here. The shuttle is reliable and the drivers have been super friendly. I love the coupons on the website too.

I have used this garage twice, both times I used valet and was pleased both times. Easy, quick and convenient!

This used to be my go to place but it's going downhill. They have misleading pricing and instead of honoring the inaccurate info on their own website, they mischarged me and refuse to fix it - or answer their phone. Personally, I'll be finding a new parking option.
