After having some terrible experiences with contractors recently, I reached out to Pipe Monkeys Sewer and Drain and he sure did reply back immediately. In fact he was very responsive. He showed up on time after scheduling an appointment and installed an RO water filter and a garbage disposal for me. Both works perfectly and no issues!

I reached out to him again few weeks after when I had a clogged shower drain. Once again he was very responsive and came to snake the drain. We ran into another issue and he gave me consultation on what would be the next best step towards fixing the drain.

I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future when I need plumbing services!

When I had my dishwasher installed a few months back, they said the plumbing underneath the sink was old and rusting and needed to be replaced. I texted Pipe Monkeys and sent some photos. As I was getting the pipes fixed, I figured I might as well replace the kitchen sink too. Kurt came by, and soon figured out that replacing the kitchen sink was going to be a challenge. The old sink was really stuck in and the new sink was just barely big enough for the cut out. Kirk did a nice job, explaining everything along the way. I also asked him to look at our bathroom sink drain while he was there. That was a piece of work too. The previous plumbers had done some crazy stuff. Kirk replaced all that too with a more standard configuration. After he left, I found out that the pipes under the sink were leaking a bit, he came back the next day to fix them. All in all, very happy with his work, responsiveness, customer-focus, and willingness to explain what he was doing. Would definitely use him again!

The owner is very nice and responsive. The rate is also very reasonable. However, he is a bit carelessly with his work and didn't have all the right tools with him. I am left with damaged bath tub with scratches and dents. Not to mention he was not able to complete the repair which I still paid. I am fine with paying since he did spend the time, just not happy about the damages made to the bath tub.

I ended up hiring another plumber who was able to complete the repair in first trial.

Arrived on time. Job is done. Came with a new student. Work is quite slow. Most of time is sitting on floor directing the student to think, learn and work. The student did 90% of work. The job including cutting the drainage pipe under kitchen sink and installing a new pipe from the kitchen sink to the drain pipe took one hour and 15 minutes. Charged for 2 hours of labor. I paid for the time of student practice.

Kirk unclogged my main sewer line and was able to identify a rock that was causing blockage in the main sewer pipe. He came up with a minimally invasive plan to remove in the rock which was a success. Kirk had fair prices and was thoughtful about how to keep costs low. He also explained the situation thoroughly throughout the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to call Kirk again in the future.

Kirk is amazing! He is super nice, polite and efficient. He was able to fix the toilet in less than 5 minutes.
