Qshark Moving Company

I used QShark moving twice in the past few months and could not be happier with the service and communication of this company. The first move was from an apartment to a storage unit and then out of the storage unit into a new apartment. I wish I remembered the two men who did the first move as they were really good as were the two men who moved us the second time, Victor and Cameron L. Victor and Cameron L were so efficient in the move that it took much less time than I thought it would, having to use an elevator to move out of the storage unit and then having to park the moving truck a distance from the apartment (as the garage had only an 8"6" clearance to enter. On both occasions the movers showed up on time (and in the second honored our request to arrive at the later part of the window as we had to drive down from Dana Point to San Diego to meet them) and the price was as quoted and excellent. There are so many horror stories out there about moving companies so do you self a favor and get Qshark to move you and do it with peace of mind and saving money in your pocket.

Another win for QShark! I used them two years ago and had a five-star experience. I booked them for a small move of my 80 year old father and again...FIVE STARS!! Adrian and his co-mover were timely, friendly, and respectful. They took direction from my father, we're flexible with shifting decisions about where things should go, and were up front about setting expectations for costs and timing. Thank you again!!

Overall happy with our experience with Qshark as compared to prior moving experiences we have had. They were responsive with good availability and offered a competitive rate. The day of movers showed up on time but did not come with any tools for disassembling furniture (bed frame) so this did take some extra time for us to find the appropriate tools and help with this. Our TV console was unfortunately damaged during the move but I was impressed by Qshark's responsiveness when we brought this up and they offered us some compensation for the damage. They actually reached out to us directly when the check got lost en transit (unfortunately the case with a lot of our mail during the move) to let us know. This has not been our experience with other moving companies (last one we had used lost our TV and was unresponsive there on after). Qshark is a reliable, honest, and trustworthy moving business and for that reason I would recommend them.

Q-Shark was excellent! Kevin, Nick and D-Boy moved us and they were so great, very polite and courteous! They were prompt and early, organized and worked suuuper fast!

No items were damaged and everything was wrapped and handled very carefully. They even pointed out to us that one of our new beds we bought last year unfortunately had some mold growing on the underside frame (nasty!) but we're so glad they kindly let us know so we could toss it otherwise we never would've known!

They all worked really quickly and we got such a great price, they're such hard workers. Highly recommend them!

Trevor and Austin did an amazing job on our move! They arrived on time and worked incredibly hard right from the start of the load phase. My previous home has two stories with an extra flight of stairs through a carport. There was not a single complaint or concern after arriving on site and seeing the actual job.

They finished the load phase quite quickly without damaging any of the property. I will add we had one special concrete patio item that always concerns me, but they handled it without problems.

Their drive time was on point. California law requires increased hourly rates through the drive period, and these guys were able to make it to the destination near estimated Apple/Google maps drive times. They then performed the unload in haste - placing every single item where I asked, and doing so with great care and understanding. Nothing was broken; nothing was missing.

Trevor and Austin were a pleasure to be around on moving day - great attitudes and good company. I highly recommend QShark, and I'd go as far to say - ask for Trevor and Austin!

Qshark was efficient and accommodating they understood the challenges of a multiple household move and the timing of it. The communication skills of the staff was very good.
They took the time and care to pack and protect the special antiques, collectibles and were able to handle the large heavy Items with skill.

Julio, Kevin, and Ralph were fantastic. Professional, efficient, and friendly. They made our moving experience as pain free. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Wes contacted us on Thanksgiving Day and promised to call the next day. He called as promised and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We are beyond appreciative of his assistance. I definitely recommend using Qshark Moving company as the way a manager handles issues has so much to say about the company.

Our computer monitor was damaged. About 1.5 months later we noticed when finally unpacking. We contacted them only to be told that was a long time to tell them when the damage occurred, despite their damage coverage of 6 months. Were told a manager would call us back, but never did.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We had to reschedule the move at least 4 times because of the seller extending the close date. Each and every time they were accepting and positive and encouraging and able to accommodate our changes.
On the day of the move they showed up on time, ready to rock and roll. The three gentlemen busted there butts for 13 hours at least and never once complained and kept going and going and going. Honestly, if you need movers for a local move, this is the company to use!!!! Look no further!!!

QShark moving was competitive with their pricing, responsive with booking, and worked hard the day of! I felt they were experienced and knew exactly how to handle furniture for moving. They worked hard and overall it exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
