On time for the inspection and quote. We got 3 quotes all very different, but after checking the reviews and the specifics on the coating material, we went with Randall.
When he was running late to pick up the deposit he called and showed within the 30 minutes that he said he would. On work days the crew arrived timely were pleasant and left the property clean from one day to the next.

Having owned a home in Tucson for a very long time. I have never seen a roofer describe to me in detail the necessary steps in patching and repairing my roof. He coats it so thick it is a UV block. I've never seen work of this quality. He's flawless in his performance and execution.

We had Randall recoat our roof about 2 years ago as well. Initially, his bid was higher than the other companies but we felt his methods would result in a better coating and his warranty was 6 years for us.

We could not be happier with the initial results and Randall really does stand by his warranty. We have had two minor leaks in the 2+ years since the recoating (1 skylight and 1 from a rooftop HVAC unit) both of which were due to normal Arizona weather wear and tear. Randall was out in a couple days to fix both of these problems free of charge with no fuss.

His service has been outstanding and we will continue to use him for all our roofing needs.

Randall was prompt when he came out for the estimate (unlike other companies), was very helpful in explaining the estimate and how he would resolve my roof leak (as well as providing a good warranty!)!

After deciding to go w/his company, he arrived on time on the date specified! His team cleaned everything up (no debris or leftover tools etc) when they left.

I had a concern with my porch and he was very responsive explaining the damage the mesquite leaves/beans do and how best to care for my roof.

I've met some of his staff and can't say enough about their politeness and professionalism.

We hired Randall's Roofing after interviewing several other roofing repair companies. We purchased a home in Tucson that had quite a bit of damage from the winter snow storm of 2019. I waited an entire year before posting my review which I am going to give as 5 stars. The job held up and we have had zero problems with our flat roof. No more leaks!! The thing I liked best was the warranty which we have thankfully not had to use yet, but it's always good to have a back up plan when needed. I feel confident in recommending this company to anyone that has a flat roof that needs recoating or repair. They fixed everything and, although their quote was a tad higher than the other quotes we received, we went with Randalls Roofing because of the method in which they do their waterproofing and sunblocking which made total sense. I also really liked the fact that the owner of the company was here the entire time the roof was being worked on and he checked all of his workers' work to make sure they were applying the product the right way. Supervision and quality control is important in any business, but Randall's Roofing excels in this department. They have a strong work ethic and are very honest.

Two years ago I had Randall recoat our roof. I chose him because he offered a seven year warranty. Just recently we sold our house and the buyer's inspector found some cracking and peeling. Randall really stood by his warranty and fixed everything quickly and well. He even supplied some extra paperwork we needed to make it all official for the sale, and he transferred the five years left on the warranty to the new owners all at no extra cost. He was great to deal with through the whole thing. I highly recommend him!
