Nick was quick to respond to my quote request. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and showed me what was wrong. Great communication, reasonably priced and he got my dryer repaired quickly. I would recommend Nick to anyone in need of appliance repair!

Niko is knowledgable, honest, and has great customer service. He took the time to give me guidance on how to repair my dishwasher over the phone (to save me money). He also provided a reasonable estimate to repair if needed. Will call Niko again in the future for other repairs.

We recently had issues with our refrigerator. I requested a quote via Yelp, Niko quickly responded, and I scheduled an appointment. Niko texted me en route and arrived early in the estimated time window. When he arrived, we realized Niko had fixed our washer about a year ago. (He did a great job!)

Niko examined our refrigerator, ran diagnostics, and determined that our compressor had gone out. He explained what he would fix, approximately how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He finished and cleaned up in about 2.5 hours. Then he explained what he replaced/fixed and what we should expect in the next 24-48 hours.

We are happy to have our refrigerator back up and running, freezing food and making ice as it should. I would not hesitate to recommend Niko's repair services.

My AC went out and they understood my urgency. They got to my house within 30 minutes of me reaching out and were able to fix my ac within minutes. Definitely recommend them. Fast friendly and reliable.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They were out to the house in less than 2 hours and it was late in the day! Dishwasher was showing a code for an internal leak and they educated us that they could fix it or we could replace it at some future point. Alex showed us how to run it to get along but we will likely replace it in the kitchen remodel we are about to start. We so appreciate professional service and these folks gave us that. Don't waste your time calling anyone else as these guys can't be beat.

My front loading whirlpool washer had an F20 error while I was running a cycle. I panicked, and after googling the code, decided to call Niko. He answered my call and after I explained what was happening, he gave me instructions to try to self-fix/troubleshoot the issue if I wanted to see if it could be resolved without me needing to pay for service. I did the checks he said, and all seemed fine. So I ran another cycle on the washer and this time all was working fine. I got through the whole cycle without any errors this time thankfully...but now if I have future issues I definitely know who to call. I appreciated that Niko was super responsive and helpful. I did not need his in-person service afterall. But I've favorited his Yelp page in case I ever do need it! for any of my major home appliances. Fingers crossed though I won't have breakdowns or big issues for my washer dryer and fridge mainly lol. Thanks Niko for your phone discussion and support!

Another great job by Niko. Dryer stopped drying. One call to Niko and 2 hour later, it's like new. I can't say enough great things about his work.

I needed a fridge repair and they responded immediately and actually came out for a diagnostic visit the same day. The part was ordered overnight and work was finished the next day. They are responsive and do excellent work.

I'll start by saying, I selected this business based on the reviews. I needed help with my fridge and I'm always skeptical about selecting specific businesses. Well the reviews don't lie. Niko was fantastic! He talked me through and explained every step that he was doing. He was very thorough in checking his work, but he didn't take a long time getting the work done either. He's very personable and overall this was just a great experience for resolving an issue that could've been drastic for me. I would recommend/refer Niko to anyone who needs repair service.
