Red Hawk Resort + Casino

I just called and spoke to the HR person because she was the ONLY person who picked the phone up. Who is running this place? how incredibly unprofessional. I'm in such shock right now.

Wow! I would love to rate this place, but NO ONE PICKS UP THEIR PHONE! I wanted to schedule a birthday party and have called the only two numbers I have found dozens of times and have never spoken to a human. 530 677-7000 AND 888 573-3495. With all the millions of dollars you make, you don't have the ability to function like a proper casino/hotel and have people answer your phones? WTF is going on here. I'm above and beyond frustrated. I wanted to do a go-cart golf birthday party for my partner but apparently this awful place doesn't want that to happen. You suck

The highlight of this hotel is the rooms are clean and spacious. During my stay I was harassed by the security guards, everywhere I went they were close behind. I was laying out by the pool in the sun with my eyes closed trying to relax. One of the security guards walked toward me so I opened my eyes and he stated you can't sleep out here. I told him I'm not sleeping I'm trying to relax. I go to the gym to workout and a security guard walks by twice looking inside and then comes back with the manager. At first I thought they were just doing their rounds but then I felt uncomfortable because everything amenity I tried to used I felt eyes on me. I probably won't return here. Also it's way over priced for a room for the weekend.

Overall, we had a great time!
While having some trouble getting bonuses on certain slot machines like Buffalo and Invaders from Planet Moolah, we had a blast playing the beloved Kitty Glitter, which kept us entertained for about an hour.
The beverages were also good, with a double margarita being both delicious and long-lasting, albeit a bit pricey at $21.
One highlight of the casino was the live music at the stage, although it would have been nice to hear it throughout the floor since most of the games that were located near the band were occupied :,(

We didn't get a chance to check out the new Apex center, but we're definitely looking forward to seeing the hotel in the future.

Red Hawk Casino provided a fun and enjoyable experience for us, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.

u loose way more than u win . slots super tight . I did recently get awarded 500 free slot play , did not win but mere 50 off that spoke to another guest who same got 500 free play and he only won 60 . it's nice gesture but it's to appease the looses . yes gambling should be for fun , but fun comes with little winning . I will give them nother chance this sat , sun 4/20-4/21

Went to Redhawk with my mom on Easter to have brunch at the buffet but couldn't get in as I did not make a reservation. Next choice was the Verona CoffeCoffeehouse. They had an Easter Prime Rib special for $35. When we ordered, we requested the prime rib to be cooked medium rare. The guy at the counter said they only did well done or rare. Mom and I both ordered rare. We got well done. I asked for some horse radish. The attendant went in the back and came out a few minutes later stating they didn't have horse radish. Apparently they don't communicate with the buffet folks because they always have it in both creamed and industrial strength. The cashier also charged me double for a tip. The first attempt to run my card he said it didn't go through. The second time it did. What I didnt realize at the time was that the tip did go through the first time but not the full order. The second time both the full order and a second tip went through. Stay away from the Verona for food! They are not even worth one star.

If the name "Waterfall" in Waterfall Buffet is a euphemism for the diarrhea I got after eating there, then it is appropriately named. I got diarrhea my son threw up. This buffet used to be good. Consider yourself warned. I am contacting the health department to file a complaint.

Best CASINO in the Bay area HANDS DOWN! THe amount of Kid activities your kids can do blows all the other casinos out the park. Go karts, VR arcades, Robotic arm VR, you name it! And did I mention theres a casino and hotel rooms for adults?

The gaming has improved since the last time I visited here in 2020 but the FOOD ruined the trip for me. In 2020 the food was the best part and now it tasted terrible.

The non smoking areas are bigger and better than previously which was a plus!

Super clean establishment. Took my senior mother for her 92nd birthday. Booked a Premium Suite for 1 night. Beautiful room with the view. Staff was super friendly. They sent her a Happy birthday banner, seen when she checks her account on the TV. Wasn't easily retrieved, but a nice gesture from the front desk staff. My experience, riffraffs start to come out in the evenings. If you have a senior, best to bring them early in the morning. If you like to drink and party, this is the place to be.

This is the review for the buffet....Red Hawk recently brought back the buffet and all I can says is the price went waaaaay up!!! Anything before 3pm is $25 per person and after 4pm (dinner) is $39!!!!! The food wasn't all that either!!!! Same menu as before but a few items were missing like the pho station!!! RESERVATIONS are needed and can be done through the app!!! Service and staff was good!!! The drink stations are self served now!!!

On a side note, they have hand sanitation stations through out but watch out for nasty AF people who have no manners!!! I recommend using the hand sanitizers after grabbing the food utensils at the stations because I'm sure some people do not wash their gross hands!!!
