Redwire HVAC

Our thermostat stopped working last week. We called a few HVAC shops and only Redwire HVAC promised the same day diagnosis with a reasonable quote.

Alan came on time around 6pm and quickly identified issues and fixed the broken A/C transformer. He patiently explained what went wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. After the A/C came back, he even kindly helped us check a failed lightbulb socket free of charge.

We are very happy with hiring Redwire to fix the issue and had Alan here. In case we have other HVAC issues (I hope not though) in the future, we will surely call Redwire agIan.

Speedy and fantastic service. Alan was quick to diagnose the issue with my heating system and luckily he had the replacement part. He fixed the heater and made sure that the system was functioning well before he left.

requested HVAC heat pump quote. tech was on-time and quote was available later that day. Seems like a professional company.

Prices are comparable with some of the other companies I received quotes from. The issue is that they quoted what I consider to be inferior equipment (a single-stage heat pump, which according to the hvac brand's company website is "no longer in production").

Alan service tech came out on time, fixed our oven door while keeping us informed the whole time.

Fixed LG gas dryer. Alan called to come earlier, He went to work immediately, and found the failure in the ignition device. Changed it and assembled the dryer back. Also he tested to make sure was working properly.

I called this company for a furnace replacement quote and Alan came on time and explained the whole process. He was very knowledgeable during the quoting process and answered all my questions. I then got other quotes to compare and after considering all the factors, I went with Redwire HVAC.

Communication is key! Whenever there were appointments made or work done I would get text messages and emails. If I were to run a business, this is the biggest thing that companies lack, but this company had it on the dot. I could not be any happier with my new furnace and the professionalism I received from Alan. He worked very hard throughout the day to complete the task and watching his worksmanship as he was performing the job, I could tell that he did not do a rinky dink job. He treated it as if it was his own house and doing the job correctly once would prevent him from having to come back to fix any problems.
