I recently purchased a 2015 X5 from S&R and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. This review is solely based on the customer service I received from the entire S&R team. After visiting several other dealers who weren't willing to help or even negotiate with a female buyer I'm happy I stopped.

On August 16th, I decided that it was finally time for me to upgrade from the 13 year old starter car I was gifted on my 18th birthday. I'm a first time buyer, and I will just say right off the bat that I felt really taken care of here. I saw the car I wanted to check out listed on Hayward Craigslist, called later that day, and drove off the lot that evening in my 2014 Nissan Maxima. It has amazing mileage for the year, and from my prior research I knew it was listed for below average. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Ray brought me straight to the car when I walked in for my appointment. He took me out to test drive it and insisted that we go on the freeway so I can truly put it to the test. I was even more in love with the car after taking it for a spin so when we returned, Ray had Jerry take over from there. Jerry is who I spoke to on the phone and was just as pleasant in person as he was during our call. On the phone, I told him that I lived about an hour away from S&R Motors and that I was worried I wouldn't be able to make it until close to closing time, but he assured me that they would be happy to take care of me regardless of how long it took which couldn't have been more true. He gave me great tips as a first time buyer, and I didn't once feel like he was trying to haggle with me or my dad who was there helping me out. I was skeptical about the potential monthly payments he was calculating for me, but he managed to eventually help me get it down to my ideal number. When it was time to draw up the paperwork and sign my name a bunch of times, Nicole took care of me, and she was lovely. After talking to her, I really started to understand the family atmosphere they have going on which just increased my trust and validated my decision to buy with them. On my drive home, I started to experience some issues with what felt like bumpiness when reaching a higher speed (which is why I didn't notice on my test drive). I took it to a tire shop the next day when my dad told me that the tires may need balancing. $200 later and the problem still existed. I called S&R Motors back up, as I should've done in the first place, and Jerry told me to bring the car back so his service guys can take a look at it. They took care of balancing it properly, and I didn't pay a dime. I was super impressed with the attention and care that the team here has constantly shown me each time I had to come back or call about anything. 3 months later and I am still so happy with my car. Now that I have bought my first car on my own, I understand how important it is to feel safe and comfortable in this process. I don't think I could have chosen a better place than S&R Motors to buy a car!

Do you want a reliable if you want a good car with no issues that won't fall apart on the freeway or break down on the side of the road. Ho to another dealership SNR motors you will be purchasing a car that will somehow have you sitting on the side of the curb do not purchase at SNR motors.

I came on Friday (01.17.2020) to check out a car when I met Tony. He was very patient with me and weIcoming. He made me feel very at ease because honestly I was nervous going there by myself. Right away, I already knew I wanted the car that I was coming to see. But I wasn't sure what color I like. They happen to have 2 of the same cars but differrent color interior. I was pretty picky but he made me feel very confident with the color I chose. He took his time to show me all the gadgets, where everything is, what I needed to know about the car and how to work all the buttons.
I told him I willl be coming back the next day to purchase it. He said that's totally fine.
I came back the next day on a Saturday. And we started the process of getting me the car. I felt very relaxed. Everyone was welcoming. I was offered drink and snacks in the waiting area.
So it's been 4 days since I have my new car and I love it. I'm completely happy I did business with them. I loved my whole experience with them. Like I feel so gooooood and proud !!
Tony is so sweet and incredibly nice, and easy going. Thank you Carlos for helping me with the transaction part and answering all the questions I had. I met a few of the other guys there too who all had nice smiles. I forgot their names but thank you too. They all were very easy going and sweet. Thank you S & R motors for all your help. Do not come here to sell your car and any other dealership unless you're desperate. There's a shortage right now and the dealers are running out of vehicles to sell, they're now moving into used cars but are offering way below Kelly Blue Book price to make a profit. Don't waste your time with these rude bullish salesman and sell privately!

Very painless experience. Nicole stayed in contact with me through the weekend and I was very transparent with them that I wanted to explore all options and get the most out of my car sale. After it was all said and done Nicole explained to me very clearly the value of my car and how she was able to maximize my return. Needless to say I didn't bother with anyone else and let them take care of me.

The worst service ever and a terrible way of selling. Can't even go to a car dealership to test drive a car when we called in advance to do so. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.
"If you are ready to buy then you can drive"- well hello...how are we supposed to know if we are ready to buy unless we can drive it. This guy was a jerk- that's all he kept saying over and over and can't even allow people to test drive the car we wanted after doing research. Stay away.
His solution: call the owner and ask him to change the policy.
Me: actually that's your job to vouch for clients...
So he can't authorize us to test drive the car if we really liked it? Yet he can if we buy... then and now... we can drive it... hmm...
This guy was just lazy... that's a huge shame. Yet he claims he recognizes our efforts if we come back and he'll buy us lunch... that's not the point why we are here- to come back again.
Oh and let's not forget that he thinks anyone who tests drives the car is going to crash the car like his last two folks. So we get blamed for other people's accidents? Not smart.
