Sandra's Maid Service

First of all Sandra's Maid Service was incredibly responsive and I appreciated that they text for bookings! We just had our first service - a deep clean - and they did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Not only that, but Ricardo was extremely warm, kind, professional, and careful. I believe he was accompanied by a woman whose name is Ronaibe - they spent about 3 hours deep cleaning our 1,100 square foot home. It was a seamless experience and our home is spotless. We are looking forward to regular cleaning services with the team!

Started using these guys over a 2 months ago and I was just going to have them come once and that's it. They did such a good job I now have them come every two week. They cover all the things I want and even change sheets in guest bedroom without beings asked. I even saw one of the guys picking up my tv and wiping under it. They always have a great attitude and are willing to listen when I have a question or suggestion. Great service
I'm in the service industry so I'm kinda hard on customer service people.

We've never used a cleaning service before. I'm pretty type A about keeping my house clean and putting stuff away after use, etc,etc. BUT my fiance....(I love him)...not so much. Also it was never something that we thought could ever make it into our budget. I started a new job i'm super into, but it takes up a lot more of my time so keeping the house together was just not happening...and neither was any free time to do anything I like lol. After going crazy for a bit my Fiance found Duarte and his team and we decided to give it a try.

All I can say is my god I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!. Like Duarte, if you're reading this, Thank you! THANK YOU SOOO MUCHHH! Like nothing in the world feels better then coming home to a clean house after a long day....like your whole life just makes more sense and is organized and...is just happier lol. So you guys make our lives happier (especially meeee!)

We have a dog....(we love her)...but she has so much hair she makes like 2 new dogs out of it weekly......like dog hair tumble weeds...a real thing in our apartment. They've managed to even get it out of our bedroom carpet (my poor vacuum died fighting the good fight...just couldn't handle it all). It's just amazing. Their courteous, respectful of our stuff, and just super kind people.

The cleaning team accidentally threw away one of my fiance's "Treasures"....(an old beer box he had hidden in a corner and refused to use for anything...I'm sure he'll be upset about this assessment lol). Regardless, Duarte personally helped him fish through the trash to try and find it (thank goodness they didn't! lol). BUT the fact he was willing to do that for something so silly is just phenomenal. It takes special people to be that patient lol (better than me!).

SO Thank you guys. My house is so clean, and so nice, and their so quick too! (We were home sick once when we had our schedule clean day once). Also affordable....trust me your budget can find something to make this work (we do bi-weekly and eat out less lol...totally worth). I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone (already have a bunch lol!).

We had them over once a month to clean our bathrooms and kitchen, and they left us impressed every time with how quickly and thoroughly they worked. With three toddlers in the house, sometimes it seems impossible to achieve a level of actually "clean" - but these lovely folks did it, at a very reasonable price too! Please hire them, you won't regret it.

Stenio Duarte and his team are some of the most detail-oriented and professional housekeepers I've worked with. Their team does an awesome job at deep-cleaning and routine-cleanings, and cut no corners. His team is also not afraid to carefully move things around to do a good job of cleaning and dusting, and so my rooms always feel not just cleaner but also a bit more organized after they're done.

Highly recommended.

They always do an awesome job cleaning our messy house and work around us while we work from home. They are also really good with our dogs who always try to bother them while they're cleaning. We have been super pleased with their work every time!

I was hesitant to review Sandra's maid service after just the first clean, but after the second cleaning it's safe to say that they consistently do a great job. Duarte is responsive for scheduling and coordinating over text and the cleaning they do is efficient, thorough, and outstanding. Our apartment feels so new after they work their magic - we look forward to their visits!

We've hired housecleaners for about 3 years, and used 3 different providers before Sandra's. They were OK overall, but each had some negative aspects of their performance and it was hard to get them to change. So we wanted to try the highest yelp rated provider instead, and it paid off! Sandra's is much better than our previous cleaners, with a solid combination of good price, communication, work quality, flexibility, and friendliness. They often ask me if they can do anything better, and I seriously can't think of anything! They're really good with my kids and dog in the house too, or when I have to work from home. Thanks so much!

I think it's not that difficult to get a 5 star review: Just clean it like you are cleaning your own house. And Sandra's Maid Service did it today. So they definitely deserve this ranking. Today is the first time I use their service and I'll definitely use their professional service again.

Duarte (One of Sandra's leads) and his team does an amazing job.

They are always on time, make everything spotless, and even will go out of their way to organize items which may have been forgotten about.

We have a a 1920s subway tile bathroom, which is incredible hard to clean. It has no fan, and collects dirt/mold like no other. Their team not only made everything sparkle, but it smells great now. Best cleaning service I've had in the area - I now have them come 2x a month.

My apartment which is an average size 1 bedroom/1 bath takes about a hour and change for their team of 3.

I also have no issues with leaving the key in a keybox for the team to access the home when I'm not there.
