My kudos go out to Steven and Henry! They are awesome! Steven was my sales rep when I tried to reach out for just a quick price check online. He was straight forward with the price and always response promptly and friendly. I finally made the decision to take a test drive, and Henry showed us the features and patiently answered all of our questions. These two guys did a great job.

Maverick helped me the other week with my first maintenance on my Impreza. His customer service is amazing. He was helpful and was had a cheerful disposition. He is amazing!

We went to the dealership with the full intention of buying a new car for our expanding family. Tom the salesman was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. He gave us space to look around and was very comfortable to talk to during the test drive. Tom did a great job!! His manager ruined Tom's work though. I can't remember the manager's name, but he initially offered us a Crosstrek at $12,000 over the MSRP. After I questioned the price increase, he explained that this was the market price for that car. He "made us a deal" and then offered the car for $7000 over MSRP. When I told him no, he was visibly annoyed that I even questioned this ridiculous price. We immediately left. The manager then tried to flag us down in the parking lot, but he had already lost Tom this sale. I'm sorry Tom!! You were great!!

Next weekend, I am going to finalize the purchase of my new Crosstrek for a much more reasonable price that is than the MSRP at Carlson Subaru in Redwood City.

I got good quote for Subaru Outback 2024 Premium from Ron Antonelli.
Next day (less than 24 hours later when I collected all the quotes) I tried to contact Ron that I am buying that car.
He did not answer my calls. Instead I've got a new request from different sale person that they could work with me just let them know what I want.
I tried to reach to that person saying I've got a quote and want to buy. I did not have any success reaching that sale person.
After that I've got a call from Jose from the same dealership.
We agree that I am buying car and what time I could come and all those details.
Later I submitted my application for credit check (this is cash offer by the way).
And working on my geico insurance to add new car (I have VIN number)

I've got message from Jose that they already sold that car I am looking for but the could sell me different one for 4K more.
Are you kidding me?!!
Is this bite and switch strategy?!
If this is a mistake it just shows this dealership attitude toward customers...

Got really mad... buying a Mazda CX-50 instead...
In the future would not take seriously any offers from Serramonte Subaru... those guys just not serious...

Terrible service. Just a bunch of guys acting busy so they don't to actually help their customers. Joe P. Should learn more about customer service. Harry N. whispered to him as I approached because I needed an update--customers see those interactions.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2024 Crosstrek from Steven Wu. An all around good guy! He was really attentive, not pushy at all, and made my shopping experience very enjoyable. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to use all the functions in my new car. I tested drive the Crosstrek twice during this visit and instantly love the car. The shopping experience was very hassle free. He turned me over to the finance manager Adrian Yik. He gave me a great deal and I would definitely recommend Serramonte Subaru if you're looking for a new car. I would say this was the best experience I ever had purchasing a new car!

If you need someone that speaks cantonese mandarin and English, ask for Steven. Was a pleasant experience. Took around 2hours from getting there, test ride, credit check, finance, to driving away.

Tip: Use reddit subs and ask all their owners OTD price to gauge your budget, baseline, and understanding historical issues you may want to know about your brand and model. Then come to the dealership with your known budget, and youll walk out comfortable and efficent on what was negotiated.

Ron was never pushy and respected our pace throughout the buying process. He even contacted us promptly when new inventory matched our criteria, ensuring we had the best options.
