Sugar Shack Boutique

The only reason I went there is because they were having a 15 percent of TOMS shoes if you checked in on yelp. Thank you Yelp. I saved 8.10 - The TOMS shoes was pricey. At least I thought so. I felt that I could get them cheaper online but I am going to have to check the TOMS website to clarify that. The total cost of the shoes was 54 dollars and I saved 8.10 off it. Plus I have to pay taxes so I think I paid 48 dollars for my brand new TOMS. I did not really look around the store because I was there for the comfortable shoes and plus I was parked in the 15 minutes zone so I wanted to get my shoes and get the heck out of there. It is a nice, small store. Looked like they had some great clothes and great jewellry but like I said, I did not stick around long enough for that. Would go there if I was in the neighborhood to browse the clothes but I don't think they had anything for the larger lady.

Sugar Shack is my favorite place in Midtown. The employees treat me like a friend, and are always there to help me decide what to buy. They always know what I like. The selection is great, and just my style. I can't say enough good things about it! 10 STARS!

I shopped here once and will not be returning due to poor customer service. I purchased a dress and the second time I wore it I noticed a hole in the side. I understand that boutiques have strict return policies, but I had not even washed it and still had the tags, so I brought it back. I did not want a full refund; only to exchange it or receive store credit. However, when I showed the associate the issue, she was rude and suggested that the damage was my fault. I explained that I understand that clothes wear down over time, but I had only worn the dress twice and that is not normal. In addition, the dress cannot be repaired, as the hole is not on the seam. She still refused to help me whatsoever. I believe this store should stand by the merchandise they are selling, especially considering most items are not inexpensive. I will take my business where the clothes and associates are worth my money.

This has been my favorite place to shop since I moved to Sacramento. The clothes are great, I almost always buy something when I go in there. Sometimes I think items are a little overpriced but the quality is great.

I love this place it has the coolest clothing that I love but I end up spending way too much so I come by 3-6 times a year. I get alot of dresses and throws here some scarves. This is such a unique lil boutique that if someone wants to get me anything I send them here and i get compliments on my clothes that I get here so I refer people here often. I love this place.

Oh my god! The Sweetest staff and owner that I've ever met.. unreal! GREAT store, GREAT staff.. amazing clothes.. I could shop there every day!
