An honest repair service. We had a burner on our range that wasn't working. The technician diagnosed the problem and told us that a part is broken, but it is no longer available. In spite of that, he was still able to adjust it so we can use it, with the warning that it will go out again. The only charge was for the service call.

Outstanding service! Sunrise team responded quickly and scheduled same day repair for our Maytag dryer!!
Oleksandr came to our home and rapidly diagnosed the problem. Within minutes he got a replacement part from his supply and solved the problem. A quick test proved the dryer was heating again.
A great experience throughout, thanks to Olekandr's skill and pleasant personality.

Our freezer suddenly stopped working, and Alex came out the same day - on a Sunday no less - and fixed our problem, saving us the expense of losing a freezer full of food and the cost of purchasing a new appliance.
He quickly diagnosed our issue and fortunately, had the part on his truck and was able to do the repair on the spot. Alex is very polite, neat, and thorough, and I highly recommend him. My refrigerator went out last night and I called Sunrise appliance repair. They were able to send Eugene to my house same day. He was on time, courteous and wore a mask with shoe protectors. He was clean and efficient. Unfortunately my part was expensive and on back order for 60-90 days! So no repair work from them but I did appreciate the written estimate.
