Went in for a flat tire during a pretty busy time and they were able to finish in less than 30 minutes. Very sweet and put back my spare into the compartment in the trunk as well!

This is an outstanding neighborhood service station! Twice I needed to check my tires to make sure there were no leaks after discovering screws on the tires. Both times the technician removed the screws and found no puncture! The technician continued to check the other tires to ensure there was no additional hazard. Upon completing the inspection and properly inflated all the tires, I offered to pay for their service but each time they wouldn't accept my payment. Coincidentally my friend brought his old Toyota in for repair. The service was performed in a timely manner and the charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone in the sunset district!

I've come here a few times over the years and a couple experiences stood out.

One time I was planning on doing a road trip, I turned my car on and my tire was flat. Tried filling it but it was clear there was a hole. They were upfront with me about the fact that they couldn't patch my run-flats. I really appreciated being given the honest truth as well as what the next steps were for me.

Today I was driving when my tire pressure light came on. I went to another establishment and was told I needed to purchase gas to get air. I came back to this location, topped my tank off and asked for the air -- it was free. Glad I gave them my business with the fill up.

Just really good service, even for the simple things. Highly recommend

Don't take your car anywhere else in SF! These guys are honest and efficient. So glad I got a second opinion here. The first place said I needed to do a full replacement of all my rotors which I thought was strange since my car is fairly new. Glad I went here, these guys saved me hundreds, literally.

I was able to schedule an appointment fairly easy over the phone, they pick up their phones right away too which is nice. They inspect your car for free and then give you an estimate. You can pick up your car ANY TIME because they are 24/7. Super convenient if you work fulltime. This was all done in one day, so fast!

Same people from the Kirkham and 19th location! I went there at 8:30am walked in without an appt. And they were done by 9:45am. Smog check service was quick as usual! I have been going to these people with my car for smog check since my first smog check notice

I was bummed when Quality Tune Up closed on 19th. I searched long and hard for a oil change and smog check station.

To my surprise when I got here, I saw that Simon and his team were here working!

Don't get me wrong, Sunset 76 was my go to for battery changes. Now they will be for my oil changes as well!

This place seems to be by appointment a lot of times. So call ahead for your vehicle needs. Im sure if it is the out of the blue car issue, they'd help you on the spot.

Had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change and smog check, arrived at 3:15 and was told "oh, they already went home for the day." WTH? What's the point of making an appointment? The guy who we spoke with could not have cared any less.

I am at a loss of words about the honesty and integrity of Louie and his team. I have been going there for various work (tires, oil change, smog check, and few repairs). I just took my Audi there as it was leaking coolant. cost of repair was substantial - but Louie suggested I call Audi and complain because the 2017 model had a recall on the water pump (not the 2018 - I even searched by VIN) I called Audi and they agreed to cover the repair at an Audi shop. He could have easily charged me for the repair and or diagnostics - Louie charged me $0 instead and saved me $1500+. What a great guy / crew. (all my other repairs with Louie and team over the years have been great and materially cheaper than anywhere else)

Louis and the 76 station team was great! Reasonable in terms of price and serviced my car quickly.

I have been coming here for years. Everything from simple oil changes to replacing a motor (Nissan defect, class action lawsuit against Nissan).
They are honest, professional and their work is excellent.
There is no other mechanic I trust more in San Francisco
