Great service, very helpful and great appliances. We have purchased a washer & Dryer, a microwave and a vacuum cleaner, very happy with all of them!

We bought a wonderful house in Windsor with one major issue: the kitchen. Not only was the layout and flow horrible, but the appliances were out of date, using the microwave tripped the circuit on the stove and countertop appliances ... it was really awful.
We looked around and settled on TeeVax and were lucky enough to have Halima Robel as our designer. She was so incredibly patient with us, guiding us to a change in the layout while making our original idea sing and come to life in a way we hadn't thought of.
Our new kitchen is everything we could have hoped for and more. We are so grateful we were able to complete it before the pandemic lockdown. I don't know how we would have gotten through the last year with our old kitchen.
Maybe the best part was how easy she and TeeVax made everything. She found us contractors (who are frankly just the BEST - we love you, Tony!) and her coordination and care made everything come together beautifully.

Although they didnt have the parts I needed and were not able to order them, I appreciated the fact that they did make an effort to look up what I requested and get back to me. Surprisingly many places dont do that anymore. Thanks!

Recently, our dryer died and could not be revived. Facing the dilemma of having to go to a laundromat during shelter in place, we decided that buying a new set was warranted. After some research around what we wanted and who we should buy from, we decided on Tee Vax. Supporting local business is important to us. We are extremely glad we did. The entire shopping experience couldn't have been easier. Our sales associate, Justin Montague was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The rest of the team was professional as well. Delivery, picking up our old washer and dryer, installing the new ones, helped to reduce our stress immensely. We can't recommend Tee Vax and Justin enough. A great shopping experience!

He listened to us and expertly answered our questions. We didn't expect the visit to be so easy and to check off all of the boxes so quickly.

Needing a freezer during the shelter in place?, I obviously wasn't the only one. Tried to order one, but they were sold out. 2 weeks later they called me with a new shipment, and the one I wanted. A day later, a no contact delivery by a courteous young man and I am a happy camper!

I had been given great reviews from friends about this company. Unfortunately there must have been some changes recently because it was not a good experience. First we walk in and no one greets us - everyone has then head down on there desk. We finally had to approach someone. Sean asked if we needed help with the attitude that he really didn't want to deal with us.

Avoid Sean. Price for range hood on line wasr $129.00. I went right in and Sean said it was $239. I had the Model number etc so I pushed him and he changed the price to $169.00. He would not let me look at his screen so he was doing something fishy with the pricing.

We were told we would be called when the item came in the following. We finally called the store and found out the unit was in and had been sitting around. No one bother to call us.

Little did they know that I had a number of items to purchase but with their attitude I will be spending my dollars somewhere else. This was a test on a low end item, a complete failure. My high end purchases will not be from this company.

I have bought a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer from Tee Vax. No big box stores for me I am going local. Recently my top rack in the dishwasher broke. The wheel assembly on the left side broke. Right on the front of my Maytag it says 10 year warranty. ( the washer is 7 years old) I called TeeVax and they said that it is limited warranty and they would do nothing-would l like Maytag's number to talk with them. I asked Tee Vax for an estimate to repair my rack. For plastic wheels assembly ( both sides) and labor it would $360. My dishwasher only cost $550. I may get a new dishwasher but it won't be at TeeVax.

I worked with Steve in the cabinet department and got the exact cabinets I wanted. He helped me with the design, came to the site to double check all measurements, and set me up with a great installation team. One door came with a small nick and Steve had a replacement sent out immediately and the install team installed it free of charge. I also purchased all of my appliances from Teevax- I can't recommend this enough! I wanted some tricky built in appliances and this was the only place with a knowledgeable enough sales team to handle this, not to mention a full line of American and European choices.This family owned business is professional, fair, and kind to boot, and prices are comparable to the "big box" stores, SHOP LOCAL!

We bought a great JennAir Double Wall Oven combo from Sean. The installer, Shawn, who is also a certified electrician, came over and measured our old JennAir Microwave/Oven combo's space. With Covid-19, delivery and installation was a week later than originally set. However, ovens work great, got an extended 5 year warranty on them, and there's nothing like hot biscuits done at the same time as the rest of the meal. The big box companies cannot cut into cabinetry or add an extra electrical line if necessary. TeeVax can do it all!
