Super convenient and responsive; they'll take care of everything for back flow testing!

My city requires annual backflow testing, and The Backflow Guy makes it so easy. They sent someone to my house within a day of me contacting them, conducted the test, and sent the form directly to the city for me. Super efficient, responsive and easy!

Great service and work. I have a commercial building that had a Backflow unit that was leaking. I got a couple quotes from different companies and The Backflow Guy was the lowest. They cane out and repaired my unit fast and the problem is fixed.

These guys (or guy) are great, they fixed my backflow preventer that was gushing out water. I first called a regular plumber and they were going to charge me $1000 to replace the whole thing, and they didn't even sound that confident they could do it. Eventually their boss referred me to The Backflow Guy. I called and got an appointment a few days later. The technician that showed up was very punctual, knowledgeable, patient and professional. He ended up finding two pieces of solder that were stuck in the valve so removed them, tested the backflow preventer for leaks before he left. Best part is I only had to pay the 1 hour service fee.

I've used The Backflow Guy every year since 2013, and just wish that more home service providers could be as efficient and trouble-free. They show up, as scheduled, do their thing, send me the results and invoice, and they're done for another year!

Was referred by the fire designer and the whole process was seemless. Scheduled, inspected, and report sent out in a few days. Paid online and done! Very painless, will be calling them for next years inspection.

They are ON IT!! Came out as scheduled, submitted the report and invoiced me within two days of testing. You can even pay online, which is so convenient-- and about half the cost of what I was paying another well-known company! The Backflow Guy is now my Go To Guy. Highly recommend.

These guys provide fast, efficient service and take care of submitting the paperwork in a timely manner. I first hired The Backflow Guy three years ago and after the first year, I can request my annual water backflow test via email and they do the test and submit the paperwork for me in plenty of time to meet the county's deadline. Their fees are very reasonable too. I recommend them without reservations.
