Triton Appliance Repair

I'm a returning customer. Called Triton Appliance Repair for service on a Kenmore dishwasher that had flooded my kitchen twice. My service tech was Ivan, who established that the dishwasher needed a broken valve replaced.
He had to order a new valve, which took less than a week to arrive. A second appointment for a next day service call was made. Ivan was able to replace the part and did a cycle check for any leaks. No leaks, job well done. An added plus for using Triton Appliance Repair I found the technicians work clean, are respectful to property, and very polite and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable, and saved me from replacing my existing dishwasher.

We have used Triton for a bunch of repairs at our rental units. They have been quick and a pleasure to work with every time. They are good with tenants and making everybody feel comfortable. You can talk to the actual tech if need be. They can fix heating too! The prices are very reasonable and stick to their quoted prices. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! So glad we contacted them! Our beloved washing machine stopped working, and Veet came by the same day, and spent some time working on it. It turned out to need a couple of new parts, and he came back a few days later with the new parts, and got everything back in tip top shape. Veet was very nice, very professional. Called Triton Appliance Repair in the morning and got Andre to come out within the same day to check on our dryer. Our dryer wouldn't spin even though it's turned on and all the buttons were working. Andre diagnosed the dryer, repaired the parts and my dryer is working again! Amazing work and would 10/10 recommend Triton and Andre's work.

I love these folks. I don't always need an appliance repair person but when I do, this is the company I call. From stoves to freezers and everything in between (we are looking at you Mr. Samsung refrigerator), Triton has repaired it fast, reasonably priced and with good customer service. Recommend.

The owner of the company was obviously out with their employee imbibing by the response! This is a company that should be avoided at all costs. She responds that it must have been a different company since they wouldn't tolerate that behavior! My roommate 1 week later received a bill for the service call by the reeking technician.
So, not only is this company run by "stoners" but by liars as well, how could you ever trust them? You cannot!

I called Triton right after the July 4 holiday; Konstantin arrived on time the next day, and did a great job repairing our Subzero refrigerator. Quick, polite, smart, personable, he was a real hit! I will definitely use them again. Ask for Konstantin!

Ivan was very helpful when it came to fixing our refrigerator. Our fridge struggled to maintain a low temperature and I wasn't exactly sure why but Ivan was able to quickly identify the reason. I recommend Triton Appliance Repair and Ivan for those who are having refrigerator issues.

Our LG dryer's heater malfunctioned. Found Triton online after several searched for nearby repair techs. We were scheduled the next day. Andre arrived as schedule made diagnostics and explained resolution. Good value as Andre came prepared, cleaned and fixed dryer same day. Less than an hour. He tested and ensured it's working properly. He shared recommendations to maintain clean dryer as well. We're so relieved and thankful!
