Rosa was an excellent diver and had a great conversation with her she has reasonable rates and is a very skilled driver. She makes sure your seatbelts are on and is a very safe driver

Uber is posting extra charges on my Visa bill without out my permission or any explanation. This is in addition to the charge for the trip, so they are getting extra money at their whim. Nothing I can do about it. They have no customer service line or contact and I have spent 45 minutes to an hour several times to try to reach them. This has been happening in June, July and August 2024. I feel they are actually stealing from me. Cheryl S.

Very very dissatisfied with Uber services. Ride was smooth, albeit, but the customer service was probably some of if not THE worst service I have ever seen. After we had an incident in the car, after the ride was over, we the riders helped this particular driver clean his car. Pretty good for regular people doing a quick job, but after all was said and done and the driver was well tipped for his time and service to us, goes out of his way to bill $150 to a supposed detail shop I STILL have not gotten the name of, all I know Is this individual might have just taken $150 from me. Uber has been more than un-helpful with this issue and I've cancelled my services with them and will never use again. Fair warning to potential Uber customer, they do not give a damn about you the customer. 1

Scheduled a ride the day before. The driver, if there was one, no-showed. Think my credit card was charged, if so, will be disputing the charge. Had to call a local cab co. to get a ride. Anyone might have a screw up. Cab driver said that Uber just ignores ride requests if they don't think they'll make enough $. Don't know. Might try again, if same results will definitely scratch this company for getting rides.

Arranged for Uber to pick up 93 year old female at the Seattle airport. Her plane was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour. When she arrived her Uber driver had departed. I then asked for another driver to complete her trip. She calls me and informed me that she had paid the driver what he asked and gave him a $15 Tip. So I check my card and see two charges for $30 over quoted price plus another charge for almost $30 dollars as well. I called my credit card company and was told disputed amounts cannot be disputed for 5 days. Not only that I was overcharged for the negotiated price the ride was paid in cash. But they took the liberty to charge my account double what she paid. I have looked and looked for a phone number to call and cannot find any phone numbers. I really feel ripped off.

So unhappy with Uber. I used them over Lyft because it was 30% off if I used Venmo. I set it all up to pay with Venmo but it defaulted to regular payment somehow. I contacted Customer Service (after a total ringmarole because their app won't help you if your question doesn't fit in the right category) and asked them to apply the discount. They said no, several times and very patronizingly. I think they should do a good faith credit to retain a customer, but they wouldn't do it. So off I go to use Lyft, which is generally cheaper anyway!

Driver took us to the wrong location resulting in a missed tour. Second driver couldn't understand English anymore and started to head to the tour location which was past due. Luckily we realized it and redirected him! Horrible experience!

I took an uber because I have a cast above the knee due to a broken leg. Driver dropped me off 2 blocks away from my appointment. I had to walk on crutches 2 blocks in horrible pain and Uber refused to refund the $12 trip! They gave me a 5 credit?! They claim it is policy.. so it seems they are not required to drop you off at the destination you request. And you still have to pay! I had extensive talks with them finally called my bank to dispute charges as they did not fulfill the service promised.

We staying at Snoqualmie Inn & each night (we left between 10 & midnight) we had to choose Uber Priority at $25 each ride for an 11 min right from the Snoqualmie Casino. Other, no one would pickup the ride!!
