I had been debating on how I was going to get from the airport to our hotel for a week. Then I decided to hop on yelp and see who everyone else suggested. I am so glad I did. After reading MANY reviews for different companies and calling to check pricing, I spoke to SF Limo Express and let me tell you, I am so glad I did. The pricing was well within budget and they were so friendly on the phone. It is always hard to travel alone with my two young children, suitcases, carry on's etc in a strange and busy city.

We received a phone call before we even boarded our flight on the outgoing end, just to verify our flight info and if we would need help with our bags. ( I did not) We received a text when we landed just saying to call when we got our bags. I texted them back with the door we were at, and a description of what we were wearing so he knew who we were and almost immediately, Raphael pulled up. It was a great surprise for the kids who felt like we were celebrities in such a special car. We had small talk on the ride to hotel, attractions pointed out etc. Upon arrival at hotel, we were confirmed of pick up time for return to airport.

For return, our driver called on his way to let us know he would be arriving and was there plenty early. He asked if there was anything we didnt get to see or anywhere we needed to go on way to airport.

It was a wonderful experience and I will be using them again next time I am in the SF area.

I rented a sprinter van for 7 passengers for a group transfer from SF to LA. Everything went smoothly. The driver was really nice, friendly and helpful (her name was Lovina Moon). I Recommend this company.

If I could give Raphael and SF Limo Express more than 5 stars I would! I am from Colorado and I'm not in any way affiliated with this company. I found them on YELP after vetting cabs and other car services in SF by phone. After having some nasty experiences with cabbies and other services, during various trips, I wanted a service that would be professional and timely and Raphael and SF Limo Express fits the bill.

If you are looking for a service so you can sleep well the night before your flight or event, give Raphael a call, you won't have to count sheep...he'll be outside your door 20 minutes early!

The day before we had to fly out for Christmas we remembered that we had to get to SFO. I was stressed out, but found 3 different limo services for my wife to check out and make a reservation. She went with SF Limo Express, and we would definitely do that again.

The driver arrived exactly at the requested time, and the drive to the airport was relaxed and uneventful. As we got dropped off, I asked if we could reserve a limo for our arrival back in SF, and gave the date and flight number. After we landed in SFO we got a text to let them know the door number where we would exit, and they would come and pick us up.

Again, the driver was helpful, service-minded, and worth every penny. Only snag was that we didn't get confirmation before arriving at SFO, and there was a slight smell in the limo on the ride home, but it was infinitely better than any taxi I've used in SF, and cheaper as well.

Came up for the day and the gentleman was there to meet us at SFO and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Why not try it, I thought. It's 5 stars, wow. So I reserved a 6:30 am pickup to go, and a much more civilized 8 pm pickup at SFO to come home. Departure went well. Then we got caught in airline problems and didn't get back to SFO till 1:30 am (from the East Coast, so we were on 4:30 am time).

Called them from Philly and they changed the pickup immediately, with good attitude; very helpful.

Driver was right there, service was excellent. He even helped me carry the suitcases up the front steps. We were zombies at that point, so he was a life saver.

Will always go with them. Nothing like a comfortable limo in those circumstances.
