We are extremely happy with our new gas logs and fireplace door! Great service from Mark in the store and Phil who installed the logs and door. We would definitely recommend House Of Brass.

Phil and his team are great to work with. They are experts in their field and very professional. They did an excellent job installing our fireplace doors and logs. I ordered glass for our fire place six weeks ago. I've received no call with a status and when I called House of Brass the sales person I spoke to said he might have time to call the manufacturer and get back with me. I'd read some negative reviews on Yelp about delivery time, and now I see why. I guess once they had my $500 deposit in hand, they really don't have an interest in delivering. So, 4 -6 weeks is now six solid weeks with no promise of delivery. I think that's poor service.

With a solid, family-style, customer-first work ethic, Phil treats his employees like his own children (which includes holding them to high standards). Beautiful accents for any home, new mailbox installations and changing wood-burning fireplaces to gas (thanks to the new California air quality no-burn days), this place delivers. The older reviews with some negative experiences (2011, etc.) do not reflect the recent business of House of Brass! Perhaps it took shuffling employees to get the level of customer service now at the store: helpful, friendly, Marc and Royce especially care about the customer's experience, meeting their needs and exceeding the client's expectations! Kudos to Phil for sticking it out and training a top-notch team! Keep it up!!

It is no wonder that this place has been in business for 35 years. I was in the middle of a remodel project in my home with a tight time restriction and didn't realize that the fireplace doors were not included with my contractor's quote. I was referred to Phil - thank goodness! He not only had what I needed in stock, but he dropped what he was doing and installed it within a matter of hours. How is that for customer service?! He did an awesome job and I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you Phil!

i recently had a poor customer service experience at another establishment and the employee could not have cared less. That's why it's so great to have an awesome experience at House of Brass. Shane helped me with a lamp part issue and he was eager to help, he did it with humor, and he acted like I was a valued customer even though the fix ended up being no charge. And to top it off, lamps are not even their core business but that didn't matter! Shane was great.

I've had great experiences the several times I've gone into House of Brass. Most recently we bought a mail box there. The costumer service has always been amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I know times are hard economically but i would rather go into a locally owned store and have the great experience that I've had than go to home depot and wander around looking for a sales associate.

Excellent selection, customer service, communication and fairly priced. Was looking for bathroom and kitchen knobs and pulls and visited five other kitchen and bath stores local to the area. Was not until I found Phil and team. They nailed it.

I had a really good experience at House Of Brass. I called looking for lava rocks and the guy over the phone explained to me all I needed to know, the sizes etc. He even called the manufacturer for me to ask a question he didn't know. When I got there he was really nice and helpful. Great Service!
