I love this place the people are amazing . Emily is excellent and so is the rest of the staff . Highly recommend the service.

Water lounge is my go to place when I feel super tired and exhausted from work. I have been here since day 1 and it has been 5 years. The receptionist Emily and Sha are very friendly and the masseuses are very professional. Strongly recommended!

I scheduled a one hour foot massage. After sitting with my feet in warm water for over 20 minutes, I got up, put my shoes on and walked out. (Yes, I got my money back). Plus, their tip schedule in the front. Seriously? 30+% suggested tip? Don't bother going to this spa.

Got Zoe this time for a Swedish massage and she was GREAT! Really kneaded the many knots I had and even gave me a heated salt compress because she could sense I really needed something extra. Booked through class pass and it was super easy.

Massage was good, but receptionist was very rude. Inappropriate comments about tips. I will never go back.

My first time I got a deal on Groupon for 80 mins body and foot ($50+ ) , and I love it! So I decided to come back here again for foot and body combo one hour ( $49 ). So far, This place is the best massage place i find. Good service , good massage , good deal, clean , and nice staffs .

My wife and I found a great Groupon deal for a full body and facial massage for $182 with an extra $50 off making it $132 per person, so we decided to come. When calling to book the appointment the lady told us not to purchase the Groupon and that they would honor the price offered by Groupon. She requested that we take a screenshot. When we arrived, even with the screenshot she refused to honor the Groupon price and was not friendly at all. We are inclined to believe that she told us not to purchase the Groupon deal with the intention of never honoring the price. We are beyond disappointed and upset!

When you give customers your word you keep it. Customer service seems to have lost it's meaning in our society. We will never step foot in this establishment again.

The foot massage was not bad. Melody is lovely and did a good job. But when I went to pay and tip, the lady working the front desk said "Oh... is everything okay..?" With this very shocked and offended expression. After I had already tipped very generously. She told me I needed to stick to their "Recommended Tipping Chart"... I got a 30 mins massage lol. Never going back. Tips are not a requirement nor an expectation, and then to question the amount I am tipping????? Be so foreal.

Called on a Friday night around 645 pm to make an appointment for a couples massage for 8pm. Arrived at 730 pm and the receptionist shooed us away to go sit down without even asking for our names or appointments time etc. We waited 30 minutes just for her to tell us she doesn't have an appointment for us and that they're all booked for the night. I'm a regular here, so it's very unfortunate this happened.

No really a honest business. I called to ask to price match a Groupon deal for a couple massage and facial. Once we arrived, we were asked to add a lot of add ins for additional cost. The Swedish to deep tissue is additional $30 and the European facial to collagen facial is additional $30. Hot stones, seal salt bags, essential old and hot stone supposed to come with the deal but were told need to have pay extra. They couldn't find a room for us and we were walking with the host to knock in each room to see which was vacant. Finally settled in a room for us, but were told they were running late we were waited for another 15 mins. The masseurs were nice but one of the the massage beds was making very loud squeaky noise the whole time, so nothing relax about the experience. You had no idea what they have done on your facial. Paid $30 extra for add on collagen package but not see the value or any difference that was done. The price we paid for the service is exactly the same as we purchase the a la carte, so no sure what is the "value" from Groupon deal. Also, it was supposed to 120 minutes but it was really just 90 - 100 minutes from the time they were running late and finishing early. Will not go back again
