I've been a dedicated patron of Anza Parking for many years, and their service has remained consistently excellent, even during the challenges posed by COVID-19. One feature I value is their efficient shuttle service, which eliminates the hassle of lugging luggage while waiting for the shuttle. It's worth noting that one change they implemented post-pandemic is requiring customers to call for airport pick-up.

I have not used Anza in a couple of years and decided to try Anza again this week. Parked on Tuesday 2/14 9AM and returned last night (2/16/23)
The parking & drop off trip to my Gate in terminal 1 was great, no issues.
My return was another story, I was so disappointed in the service. Our plane landed at 6:10PM , we got our bas a walked to the drop-off/pick up location at terminal 1. @ 6:28-------at 6:43 i called your offices and they said "the shuttle in on the way" at 7PM i called again and they said that they were on the way.
When we got to the lot and got into my car and checked out if was 7:17PM
When I asked why it too so long to get picked up....no one gave me any answer ...or apologies, i asked to speak to the manager Tom? but they said he was on his lunch break.
I will not use Anza again. Im sending this email so that you can get some feedback and hopefully makes some changes, whoever was in charge last night needs more training on customer service, I would not recommend Anza.Helpful 8Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 2 - J M.Santa Cruz, Estados Unidos6925/05/2024
I was a Anza customer for many years but will be now using the Airport park and fly as I sit watching thier shuttles go by waiting 20+ minutes for my Anza shuttle yet again. I fly somewhat frequently and all three times I've used Anza this year the wait has been a minimum of 20 minutes and up to 40. Today one of the worst as when the shuttle finally comes it fills making 10 of us wait for the next shuttle that is supposed to be right behind this one. It's not and we wait another 10 minutes in the cold w/ my 80+ parents. Anza used to be run much better. You've lost a longtime customer.

I have been here twice and both visit was awesome. The staff here were really nice and kind as well as the drivers too. The parking lot was pretty easy to find and I feel like the people working here are very well organized. I would highly recommend this place.

Very convenient parking and shuttle service to SFO. Prices are responsible. However, I didn't notice a covered parking area but they have a valet service.

My car stayed safe/untouched while it was parked at Anza Parking, but unfortunately, I most likely will not be utilizing them again in the future.
Once you purchase a parking space, they email you a bar code to both access and leave the property. This barcode never worked, causing me to not have the access to enter the property for an extended period of time. The bar code never worked but someone finally helped me after pressing the "help" button several times over the course of like 10 minutes. This same issue came up as I was trying to leave the parking lot (along with the 2 cars in front of me) causing a serious back up of vehicles not able to get off the grounds. The other issue I ran in to was the shuttle service to and from the airport. Since there's only one shuttle that makes several stops on the way to and from the airport, it's a pretty lengthy wait time as well as shuttle ride. I missed the shuttle going to the airport bc of the bar code issue. And then coming back to my parking space, I must have just missed the shuttle because I had to wait at the "hotel shuttles" area for 45 minutes, followed by a 30 minute shuttle ride to my car. The driver went down to San Mateo on a back rode by the high school (making no stops in that area). It may have been a wrong turn or forgot to get off at the correct exit, but it was a little frightening because the entire drive was in total silence, so i had no idea what was going on. The lot is easy to find, lots of parking and the attendants were courteous and helpful. The shuttle came pretty fast both at drop-off and pick-up. Will definitely park here again.

Managers and staff are all nice and friendly! All of them are very accommodating. Pick up from the airport is fast too.

Anza is the best when it comes to service. I parked my car for 3 weeks and they had ready when I came back.. lowest price in the area.
