Earning Criteria

Attend a 2-day RIHV workshop taught by the High Velocity Program Office (HVPO). In this workshop, the Coach candidate learns about the RIHV methodologies and tools, and leads a team that is working on a RIHV initiative for their business organization.
Complete three RIHV projects to gain certification. The 1st project is completed in the 2-day workshop, the 2nd RIHV project is initiated during a structured follow-up session, and the 3rd project may be completed independently and then debriefed with the High Velocity Expert assigned to the Coach's business organization.
