    My hair did not grow back!!

    Apart from that I am more than happy with my first 6 months experience with Vitals. I am certainly sleeping better and this of course has the knock on benefits in so many other aspects of daily work and leisure.     Heights Vitals: A Solid Daily Boost

    I've been taking Heights Vitals for a few months now, and overall I'm impressed. It's simplified my routine, replacing a handful of supplements with just two capsules.

    I can't say I've noticed a dramatic difference in energy or focus, but I think it has helped improve brain fog and I feel more confident knowing I'm getting a good range of vitamins and minerals. The only downside is the price. It's definitely on the steeper side compared to other multivitamins. For the price, I'd love to see even more noticeable results.
