We have recently completed maintenance on our site to remove all duplicate accounts due to our traffic database migration. During the removal of these accounts, statements and invoices prior to 4/25/22 as well as payments, refunds, voids, autopay rules and wallets associated with these accounts have been removed. If you were using an account with an advertiser/agency ID from an invoice/statement prior to 4/25/22 you will be required to create a new account using the advertiser/agency ID on your most recent Statement or Invoice. If you have created an account within the last year you will not be affected by this change. If you need help setting up a new account please email [email protected] for assistance.
