We are excited to introduce you to our new interim Co-Executive Directors, Nolwazi Tusini and Jade Jacobs. Nolwazi and Jade are both fierce feminists, dedicated to advancing trans, intersex and LBQ rights. They are both committed to transformative feminist leadership and we are all looking forward to journeying with them in this new role. As Iranti looks towards its next decade, Nolwazi and Jade, in partnership with the entire Iranti team and our partners, will continue the work to imagine and advocate towards a just world that is free of homophobia, transphobia and intersexphobia. We are looking forward to supporting their vision as they lead in their new role.

Iranti is proud to have participated in the 4th Regional Activist Forum hosted by the Southern Africa Litigation Centre and Galz Zimbabwe in South Africa. Human rights activists from across the region had the opportunity to connect, learn, and amplify the voices of the LBTI community on incremental steps to decriminalization, and building solidarity through inclusive participation. #humanrights

Our Trans Programs Officer ,Sylvester Kazibwe, attended the Global Trans Conference which was hosted under the theme "Unite! Advocate! Thrive!" He, alongside the Asia Pacific Trans Network (APTN), co-hosted a session titled South-South Cross Regional Movement Building: Reflecting and Imagining Towards Asia, Pacific, and Africa Initiatives which tackled the under representation and resource scarcity faced by trans and gender-diverse movements in the Global South in comparison to their Global North counterparts. #transrights @transagenda
