Manage the end-to-end billing process, which includes:
o Business Planning
o Requirements specification & Configuration Management
o Testing & Implementation
o Project Management
o Rating Assurance
o Billing Production
o Management of outsourced Print Vendor

Monitor progress of all production bill runs to ensure any errors during processing are identified and resolved immediately to prevent delayed delivery of the bill data to the print vendor

Mmanage the end to end process with regards to Billing and Rating to ensure that all customer invoices are produced accurately and distributed within agreed timelines & SLA’s required.

Responsible for the sign-off & acceptance management of all new configuration changes in regard to products, tariffs and rate plans through testing, implementation and migration to production Show less
