Meet Kyle Westman, the visionary Head of Fibre to The Business at Fibre Compare. As the founder of the innovative Business Fibre Advisory approach, Kyle is passionate, ambitious, and driven to disrupt the Telco industry in Africa.

Kyle firmly believes that the “Internet Wave” holds the key to unlocking the full potential of the African Economy. His mission? To provide reliable, affordable, and easily accessible internet connectivity through Fibre Compare and our trusted internet advisors!

With a decade of experience under his belt, Kyle has worked with global sportsmen and super brands such as AB De Villiers, Robert Marawa, Medshield, Fanhero USA, SMG, BMW, Jaguar & Land Rover, Durban Heat, Samsung, The Sharks, Dolphins, and many more.

Kyle’s journey began as a humble intern, making coffee and running errands. Embracing the new age, he climbed the ranks and, in March 2020, identified a gap in the Fibre industry. This led to the launch of Filled Gap, a dynamic Fibre advisory business specializing in Marketing, Advertising, and on-ground sales executions for FNO’s and ISP’s in both residential and commercial sectors. Filled Gap was later purchased by Fibre Compare in May 2021.

Today, Kyle is building a team of highly skilled IT specialists with Fibre Compare. With over 200+ business clients whose IT and Fibre requirements are managed by us, Kyle continues to lead the way in providing top-notch services.

    I was tasked with the responsibility to grow the Fanhero funnel in South Africa and Africa. Fanhero tasked me with establishing a partnership with South Africas most followed celebs, sports teams and sportsman/woman to monetize their social following by empowering them with their own Mobile App.

    We successful signed the likes of AB De Villiers, DJ Fresh, Minnie Dlamini to name a few. Unfortunately the technology was to far ahead of the South Africa internet infrastructure and the apps…

    Was my first job as an intern where I was tasked with coffee, meeting notes, branding and all things office-related until they identified potential and began training me as a Project manager focusing on the World Amateur Golfers Event in 2013 & 2014 with the focus being on the Golf. My role was to manage all 5 Golf Courses and ensure they were up to international standard from the PGA point of view and ensure all branding was as per the sponsorship agreements including hole-in-one, halfway and…

My role was to manage all 5 Golf Courses and ensure they were up to international standard from the PGA point of view and ensure all branding was as per the sponsorship agreements including hole-in-one, halfway and every tee box.

    I was tasked with Project managing the Branding and Golf Courses of a total of 12 regional qualifiers in South Africa over 2 years with 2 national finals and 2 International Finals.

    1 year in and I was given the opportunity to be an Account Executive and work closely with Bavaria 0.0% and Sanparks to launch adopt a Rhino campaign in South Africa. I worked on a few smaller accounts which I then discovered my passion for marketing focusing on the digital and brand building space.
