Kungula is a company working on digital technology solutions that facilitate efficient, transparent, and reliable trade of agricultural products between farmers and informal food traders in urban markets. Our big hairy audacious goal is to ensure that local food supply systems in Africa are efficient, resilient, and inclusive.

Worked with Agova, an implementing partner on the Enterprise Development and Growth Enhanced (EDGE) Activity. *Developed and facilitated internal design thinking sessions and suggest project intervention strategies to strengthen SME engagements and relationships with stakeholders
*Reported to project partners on key milestones, challenges, trends, and insights on the implemented project activities and their impact on the programme beneficiaries

The Kumvana Fellowship programme is a one-year fellowship that brings together 10-15 young African entrepreneurs and business leaders. The program is designed to enable and support local African innovations that lead to greater social and economic inclusion and sustainability using systems leadership models.

Our company is wholly focused on creating value in informal and underserved niche markets in the cleaning industry. The company offers on-demand home cleaning service, window cleaning, exterior building cleaning and kitchen extraction cleaning services.

The purpose-driven Leadership Fellowship is a flagship programme by the Jesuit Centre for Leadership Development in Lusaka, Zambia. The programme is a one-year fellowship with quarterly weekend retreats that bring together young business leaders and professionals to retreats that offer them opportunities to reflect on their individual leadership journey by incorporating mindfulness in their everyday work.

Uwezo is a student-led initiative that seeks to solve the problem of student leadership formation. My team and I were determined to achieve this ambition by connecting students at the Copperbelt University to entrepreneurs, corporate and political leaders from different towns across Zambia.

Internship Experience:
•Developed and implemented in house environmental and safety inspection protocols
•Facilitated the Kabompo Hydro-Power Station Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) in the North-western province, Zambia.
•Conducted random inspections of substations to ensure compliance with local regulations.
•Prepared weekly status reports by gathering, analysing and summarising relevant SHEQ data.
