      Over the past months, Kabwela has led multiple programmes reaching 350 startups and Small Growing Businesses (SGBs). Among these programmes are the Standard Chartered Women in Tech programme (Incubation), MentorPitch (Accelerator), and the Boostup Competition.

On the project, Kabwela played a key role in the areas listed below:

    *Developed and facilitated internal design thinking sessions and suggest project intervention strategies to strengthen SME engagements and relationships with stakeholders
    *Reported to project partners on key milestones, challenges, trends, and insights on the implemented project activities and their impact on the programme beneficiaries

    Kabwela further worked on other projects and support business development activities; identifying potential partners/clients, writing proposals, and pitching to organisations for various projects.
