Sylvester is a Banking and Finance professional with over 5 years relevant experience. My professional journey has allowed me to connect with Industry leaders gaining valuable insights in both Financial and Capital Markets. Successes scored include;

Achieved a Compliance rate of 80% for Mazabuka and Kasama under Zambia National Building Society's branch network. This included preparation of daily and weekly KYC reports for submission to management.

Increased participation of Retail Clients on the securities exchange through effective Client management and onboarding of over 200 clients. This was executed through financial literacy programs, exhibitions and student engagements during my tenure at the Lusaka Securities Exchange Plc. I played a role in lead generation for Listings on the exchange.

I am highly skilled in Quantitative Research, Data analysis, Visual designing, preparation of reports, Customer service and business planning. I have a keen interest in Investment/Treasury Management and looking to build on my skills in order to make a contribution to National Development and Economic growth.
