1. What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products and workmanship with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  Any defects or errors made by 1st Place Spiritwear will be replaced at no charge.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchased items where the style, type, size, color, or design were incorrectly chosen. (This includes incorrectly entered or misspelled text for personalized items.)  What you see on our site is what you'll receive, so please make sure everything looks perfect before completing your purchase.


2. How do I cancel or change an order?

If you've selected the wrong design, misspelled the name on a personalized item, or want to cancel your order, contact our Customer Support team immediately for help!  All order change or cancellation requests must be received within two hours of your purchase.  Once production of your order begins, we will not be able to make any changes or issue a refund.


3. How do I order the right size?

Every garment on our website includes a size chart with directions on how to measure for the appropriate size.  To find the most accurate size, we suggest you measure a similar product at home and compare it to the manufacturer's recommended sizes.  We carry Bella Canvas t-shirts in mens, womens, and youth sizes and we've added Relaxed Fit t-shirts for women, which offer a more comfortable unisex fit.  We have found that kids t-shirts from Bella Canvas tend to run small and recommend ordering the next size up.


4. When will my order ship?

We custom print each and every garment just for you!  Orders placed during our back-to-school sale are generally shipped within 20 business days or less.  We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is completed.


5. Can I order in bulk?

Yes you can!  Just contact our Customer Support team to tell us what designs and quantities you need.  We will work-up a proposal for you ASAP!  Bulk orders typically take two to three weeks to complete, but timing may vary slightly depending on the order size and our general order volume when placed.


6. I can't find my school?

Our goal is to have every school in the country up and running on our website.  If your school is not listed, then please contact our Customer Support team to add it.
