Easy process

Excellent Service

This is our first transaction with Grenke. It has been a smooth transaction, and our BDM Sandra Lin, was very helpful throughout the process. Our client got approval very quickly. I highly recommend Grenke.

Best in the business

There are very few lenders that still empower their analysts to make decisions and workshop deals. This is a major benefit of Grenke overall especially as the common sense credit approach is dying in our industry. What's also very rare is having both great BDM's and analysts. They always respond in a friend and timely manner and have a 'deal making' attitude. Analysts Aparna and Pallav have always been great and Kristyn is one of the best BDMs on our panel.

Hello,

Hello,
The first thing that absolutely blew me away was that a living human, who spoke English without a heavy accent answered the phone, and secondly he was the actual person who could help me. In this day and age where a robot voice directs you to press a series of buttons to speak to 'the right department', it was so refreshing.

Grenke is a great funding vendor to work with. The process is very friendly and super efficient, saving partner and clients lots of time. Angel is a great account manager to work with. Excellent and smooth process

Excellent and smooth process. Like the fact that there is no paperwork involved and yet it is secure. Staff called to verify details and explained everything in detail about repayments, duration and do's and don'ts.
The approval process was surprisingly quicker than signing up a new mobile plan. I usually don't post reviews but these guys deserve it.

Excellent service

I am dealing with Grenke for first time and in current environment I must say i am very happy with their level of service, smooth approval and settlement process and the BDM explained the product and process very much in detail and there were no surprises or any hiccups.

Traditional friendly service you cant beat

Angel from Grenke Australia was so friendly to deal with and was able to get our deal over the line for our client. Because of such a great start it makes me want to find more opportunities to send him and Grenke Australia. Our firm is a brokerage

Our firm is a brokerage, and we find that Grenke has some amazing and fantastic solutions for our equipment finance clients. They are an amazing team, very commercially minded and the communication lines are super clear.

We love dealing with Grenke and our BDM Kristyn Park who is very proactive and easy to deal with, not to mention has a great deal of knowledge.

They've become an invaluable lender on our panel.

Awesome work Guys......

I had heard a-lot about Grenke in my role as a finance broker and decided to try them on a deal for one of my clients. Awesome service, really quick approval and documentation. We have been using Grenke for a while…

We have been using Grenke for a while now and have been very pleased with the support and assistance from Bianca Ayyildiz. I feel it is because she took the time to come an see us at the office in the begining which helped us to get started. We now have very happy customers who would have otherwise not been able to afford the latest Compressors. Thank you Bianca.

This company charged me $100 for a late payment due to Covid 19.

When my $250 payment was late they charged me a $100 admin fee.
Absolutely disgusting in a hard economic time due to the Covid 19 Virus.
