delivery is as always , prompt , ontime , with notification as requested . price excellent as this certainly grabs my attention . upon receiving the goods the quality was far greater than i expected . overtime i have bought some 7 watches from the watch factory and never been disappointed . only once have i needed a service assist and the experience was pleasant and adept .

Always as predicted on time delivery packaged with care.
As far as I remember possibly by 5th purchase within 4/5 month tome period and every single time consistent service.
Been eye balling a few more models recently. Waiting for the right time.
One thing I did notice, once their stock is gone for a particular model.. usua6its gone indefinitely.. May be never to be restocked again. They have been improving their European inventory though which feels nice. Would love to see them start including some special brands eg Rado, Swatch etc and expand further on Japanese stock as well. Looking forward to my next purchase in September.
