Fantastic

Fantastic! Free next day delivery with perfect communication purchase was dispatched and delivered within 12 hours. It came wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely gift box. Only thing I would suggest is maybe provide the sticker to seal the tissue but don’t stick it on as I had to spoil the lovely wrapping to check it was suitable before gifting. But otherwise just what you want when buying a gift. The chain was just as described, I wasn’t sure what to expect, when buying online as it’s quite difficult to gauge size etc but I was very impressed with the quality and value. Just hope my son likes it as much as we do! If not I’m sure we will have no problem exchanging it.

Great service at Norwich store

I ordered a watch which I collected from the Norwich store yesterday. Two lovely ladies in the store could not have been more helpful, one of them tried several combinations of adding and removing links to ensure the best possible fit. They were really friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this particular store and its staff

Beautiful earrings

An unexpected gift from Goldsmiths via a gift voucher which was given on purchasing my husbands birthday present, so thought I would treat myself to something that sparkles! Beautiful earrings, excellent next day, 1 hour delivery slot, and very well wrapped. Would certainly recommend site to get that special gift for your loved one.

Brilliant service without leaving home- very happy

Ordered a Tudor watch around 7pm on Friday evening, less than 24 hours later is was on my wrist. I am really pleased with my purchase, swift and efficient delivery, able to track throughout the order journey via the App! Product arrived well packaged and exactly as described!

Above and beyond customer service

Order a watch on line and had it delivered to the bluewater store all I can say is it was outstanding customer service from start to finish

Great shopping experience at Goldsmiths, Canterbury.

Quick & easy

Everything went well. The item was just as shown on the website. Even though it said next day delivery, the delivery was only after 4 days. Otherwise it was a good purchasing experience.

Beautiful ring and exceptional service!!staff could not be more attentive…

The staff could not be more attentive and helpful when I purchased my ring….nothing was too much trouble nothing was rushed throughout the process it was just a lovely experience from having a glass of wine and chatting with staff it was really nice plus a beautiful ring at the end of it!

Not welcoming

Not welcoming, all the staff were stood on the front and didn't even acknowledge us. What made it worse was that they spoke to everyone else who walked in. We were nterested in a Tudor and an Omega but thought better of it. Would avoid this shop at all costs - visit Laing's instead because in there customer service isn't dead :)

Tissot PRX

Great selection of watches at competitive price. Always a good deal to grab. The PRX I recently purchased was a steal. The best thing about it, was that I made my order on Saturday, and it was in watch collection on Sunday. Good job 👍

Excellent purchase and delivery process

The whole experience of purchasing my Longines watch was excellent. I opted to finance it on an interest free offer. This was a fairly involved process (naturally) but approval was swift. There was a delay before the finance company advised Goldsmiths so I didn’t get an immediate confirmation of order. However, I phoned the helpline and was politely advised that all was good and the confirmation would follow shortly. Having received it, the next day I was given a convenient one hour delivery slot. The item was faithfully handed to me personally within the timeframe. Absolutely delighted with my purchase and the very well executed process.

great in store service ,from friendly informative staff

the service from the sales assistant who i believe to be Jessica was excellent ,most helpful and polite .she explained everything clearly and we felt that we were treated like valued customers . the item purchased was for my wife's birthday and when we were told that the item would be ready to collect from the store the next day i was very happy with the speed of the whole thing. Unfortunately a slight hiccup occurred which meant the item did not arrive in store until late in the afternoon and i had the notifications via my email and home phone at 5.29 pm .as the shop closed at 5.30 pm this meant i had to go into town on Sunday to collect the item .all went smoothly and i know that the delay was not the shops fault or i would have rated my experience 5 stars .

Bought online collected in store. Excellent service throughout, offered a drink, discussed item purchased explained could not have been more pleased. Spoke at length with consultant he was polite, very informative and genuinely interested in what and why we had purchased our item highly recommend him and will purchase from him again as have in the past
