Following their guide, I ordered the wrong pressure for their RV Designer Gas Shocks. I installed one and we were not able to open the door. I inquired to see if we could exchange. I got an RMA number and paid out of pocket to send both gas shock back. I followed up 6 times and they just don't respond. They kept the shocks and didn't refund my money.

The parts Albert ordered are the wrong size and I sent 2 or 3 emails as I wanted to get an RNA number . I can ship it on my own but I did not know if I need to ship it to Midland.
I sent this email on Feb 28 2024 and have not heard back yet.
I placed an order for Albert Harisson but the items are too small. I tried to call many times and left many messages but have not spoken to anyone.

In order to return the item, I read that I need to get an RMA number and this needs to be marked clearly on the package.

Do you know how much the shipping would cost and what is the address I need to ship it to?

The order number is C 20336 and it was placed on Feb 16th. The total price is 121.63 which includes taxes.

Transferring a MAXXAIR fan from our vintage trailer (with a thin roof) to our new (to us) trailer with a 5” walkable roof, I needed a new interior trim ring to complete the installation. I didn’t expect it to arrive before we left for a two-week camping trip. Ordering was easy and the package arrived ahead of schedule! Thank you!

I was able to find a part I thought would be very difficult to find.
The locking mechanism for my hot water tank access door broke. I found Camco's Cam Lock Fasteners, stainless Steel version sold in pairs. I will be ready to replace the broken one beginning of next season as we're already winterized.
I should also mention the part was in stock and shipped within a reasonable period of time.
I'm very pleased with this experience.

The person at the parts counter was very helpful. He explained to how to properly measure and order the right awning fabric. The fabric itself may not be as good as expected. The stitching where the fabric meets the trailer does not look like it has been sealed. Also the instructions that came with awning, stated to install screws (suppled) to hold the fabric centered on the roller. I install as instructed but the screw heads cut into the fabric cause a small tear on each end

We recently bought a East West 31 ‘ trailer. We wanted to purchase a King Mattress and protector and sheets. This was the only store that had the proper size. We contacted RV Parts Canada because of a Freind referral. We put our order in and received it shortly after. We had several questions that where promptly answered. We received the merchandise in perfect order and feel we received good quality products at competitive prices m. We highly recommend this company and plan to continue to shop there.

I recently purchased the Splendide laundry detergent for my new Splendide washer/dryer. When ordering there was a note saying the product may take 3 weeks to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the soap within the first week after purchase. I haven’t used it yet but anticipate a top notch product!

Could I attribute negative stars? One part never arrived, even though I was charged for it, another was returned with no money back in my pocket. Good luck getting a response, email or phone.

I was happy with how accurate the part description and photo were on the product, especially since I was having a hard time finding the art at a reasonable price. It was an exact fit. Price was fair and I received the part at my house as promised.

I needed a part that my RV dealer was unable to provide at a reasonable cost, so I found it online at the RV Part Shop. The price was 1/2 what my dealer had quoted, and when I inquired if it was the correct item they responded quickly and assured me it was. I placed the order and the part arrived in less time than estimated and no shipping cost!

Very helpful in finding me a replacement water heater for my trailer.Propane heater was not an option so an electric heater was suggested.It installed easily and works great.Would recommend dealing with them for all your trailer needs

Very helpful and friendly individual who assisted me in ordering correct awning motor. I received advice on product return if necessary. Part arrived in a few days from ordering. Correct part arrived so no need to return it. I will certainly be a return customer and will pass onto others about this company.

The RV Shop seemed to be only ones who could make the SportRack Crest 2 Locking bicycle rack available for me and at the absolute best best. Their service was quick and straightforward. I received the product sooner than they promised. It fit on my truck simply and perfectly the first time. I would highly recommend the RV Shop for this product and I would definitely try them again, should I need a service which they provide.
