Each campus unit has identified a CalPlanning Access Provider and Tool Assistant, responsible for requesting CalPlanning access for new users as well as changes to access for existing users by completing the CalPlanning User Access Request Form and responsible to answer questions about using the CalPlanning tools to support local budget processes.
Often the Divisional Finance Leader (DFL) serves as CalPlanning Access Provider and Tool Assistant. Sometimes, the DFL shares the role with or delegates the role to another staff member.
