Shipping policy

Standard Domestic Shipping

  • All orders to street addresses ship via United Postal Service (UPS).
  • All orders to PO boxes or APO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service ground (USPS ground).
  • At checkout, a shipping fee will be applied to all orders. This shipping fee may vary slightly based on order size and weight.
  • Standard orders will ship 5-7 days after order is placed (unless otherwise specified). 
  • Customers will receive a notification email when their order has shipped, including the UPS/USPS tracking number(s).
  • Some orders may ship from different U.S.-based locations and will arrive in multiple boxes.
  • This will be specified in the customer’s shipping notification email.
  • All items FOB New York and are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are inclusive of $6.50 handling fee.

International Shipping

  • All international orders will be shipped via FedEx.
  • An international shipping fee will be applied to all international orders. This shipping fee will vary based on order sizes, shipping locations, and origin of product and will be shared with the customer at check-out.
  • For all international orders over $150, please contact the customer service team at Corporate Values directly at [email protected], as these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient customer.
  • International orders will ship 3-5 days after the order is placed.
  • Customers will receive a shipping notification email when their order has shipped, including the FedEx tracking number(s).
