Ingredients
Yield:1Ā½ cups
- 1cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Ā½cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 1teaspoon minced garlic
- Ā¾teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1tablespoon honey
- 1cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Step 1
In a bowl, mix together Ā½ cup parsley and remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours. Just before serving, mix in remaining Ā½ cup parsley.
