Ingredients

  • ¼ounce dark purple grape juice
  • ¼ounce grappa (Café Gray uses Nonino Merlot grappa)
  • ounces Vouvray Foreau, sparkling white wine or Champagne
  • Small bunch Champagne grapes
  • 1tablespoon superfine sugar

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Stir first two ingredients in a Champagne flute and top off with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with grapes dusted in sugar, hung on the side of the glass.

I love this cocktail. I use more grape juice and less champagne . I seldom add sugar .
