Melted butter in a small area of the pan and sauteed a clove of minced garlic and an eighth tsp crushed red pepper. Added snow peas, stock, and honey, mixed and cooked per the recipe. Removed snow peas and tossed with 3/4's tsp balsamic vinegar.

The snow peas should be trimmed of their "strings" before cooking.
