  1. Step 1

    Boil the cranberries, sugar and ½ cup water until the cranberries are soft and start to pop, 5 to 10 minutes. Puree in a food processor and pour into a jar. Add the vodka and cinnamon sticks and refrigerate for at least 3 days and up to several weeks. Strain through a fine sieve before serving.

The directions state to purée the mixture but it’s much too thick, despite multiple strainings. I had to add water to thin it out. I won’t be making this again but I admit it is tasty.

This is amazing! It is such a festive Holiday treat - and so easy! Makes a great gift. Love it!!
