I am delighted with the service from Ernest Jones.
I researched buying myself a Gucci watch for my special birthday.
EJ seemed the best choice as the offered a free £175 gift card with the purchase. My watch arrived within days
I enjoyed unwrapping my lovely new watch. I love it.
As promised I recieved my e gift card 30 days after making the purchase. I couldn't wait to treat myself. I thought the diamond bracelet reduced from £300 to £180 was a fantastic buy . It was delivered within two days.
I'm delighted and really impressed.

Hamilton watch.

I have been looking for a nice watch in Ernest Jones at Liverpool ONE.

picked the one I wanted and Owen, the assistant salesman in there sorted everything out. Professional, knowledgeable and made the sale smooth and painless.

New ring - look instore, order online

Easy to use filtering to get size and style options. Really awkward trying to find a size I ring - they are too small for a lot of ring styles.

Make sure you find the discount codes though - they apply even to some of the sale items.

Also, can't praise the staff in the Leamington Spa branch enough for their assistance letting us look at the ring in person.

I initially bought a platinum wedding…

I initially bought a platinum wedding ring, but after 6 months of wear, I had a lot of issues and no one from the company would help me. However, eventually, an angel called Kayleigh who is the manager at the Truro store, sorted it all out for me with no issue. The relief was huge and I am eternally grateful to Kayleigh who saved my view of the company! She is wonderful! Thank you x

Excellent service from Chrysa!

We went into the Trafford centre store today to purchase a watch for our son's birthday.
We were served by Chrysa who was lovely. She gave us lots of advice and was really helpful and friendly.
Service in the store was absolutely fantastic, this is the second time we have used this store and each time service is excellent.
Thank you to Chrysa and the team. Highly recommend

My granddaughter got engaged november23…

My granddaughter got engaged november23 one of her Diamonds fallout a few weeks later she had to pay £250 to have it repaired and she had it back in January 24 .she hardly wears her ring as she works from home .she has worn it five times since jan. She put it on yesterday and another diamond wad lost .this is very bad workmanship .I have told her to ask for a replacement or a refund owing it to be faulty .she is willing to take it to an independent jewellers to verify her claim.

Shocking

Shocking. Wife got earnings here. Faulty. Trying for weeks to get refund. Shop says call customer service. Customer service says call shop. She now has no earnings and no money. Avoid. Poor product and even worse customer service

Purchase of 2 wedding rings

Purchased 2 wedding rings in June, excellent service by Simon, no pushy sales, good advice on different types of rings especially for extra large size. Took one back today for re sizing - no problem - again good customer service by Simon.

I just wanted to say the service from the store manager , Annmarie at Merry Hill was excellent. She was very welcoming , helped me locate my gift and even went the extra mile to wrap my purchase. She is an asset to the store and I will be back in the near future. Thanks for a great service.

I ordered a Gucci necklace online for…

I ordered a Gucci necklace online for my daughter’s birthday. When it arrived it came with a Gucci box but no gift bag. I spoke on live chat to see if I could have one sent as it was a birthday present and didn’t really want to just wrap a box up, and was told they don’t issue gift bags!? Which I find quite unusual. If I’d have gone into a branch I would have been given a bag, unfortunately there isn’t a branch that is local to me hence why I ordered online. I’ve ordered jewellery from other jewellery stores online which have always provided a gift bag.

Absolutely shocked with the service i…

Absolutely shocked with the service i have received from Ernest Jones. Bought a watch a year ago and paid for 2 year insurance upfront. When i come to use the insurance they told me the insurance was cancelled as requested and issued a refund for the time remaining, if it was cancelled they should have refunded money at the time it was cancelled not when i come to use the insurance and they will not give any details of how it was cancelled. Ernest Jones have said we have nothing to do with the insurance and have been no help even though the insurance was bought through them

I recently purchased a Seiko watch from…

I recently purchased a Seiko watch from Ernest Jones, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. First, the watch arrived with a scratch on the case—completely unacceptable for a new product. To make matters worse, it didn’t even come in the original Seiko box, something that was nowhere mentioned on their website.

I decided to return it in person to the Solihull branch, only to find that they had closed earlier than their listed hours. When I inquired about it, they gave the excuse of being understaffed. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Ernest Jones. Poor product quality and even worse customer service—would not recommend!

I would like to leave a compliment for Lorraine and her managers at your Newcastle upon Tyne Eldon Square. She served me today and was very friendly and understood my need to view and handle an item. She offered to hold it for me to give me some thinking time rather than making a rash purchase. This worked well as giving it further thought and holding the object I went ahead with the purchase. Do not underestimate the use of stores for this. Most of your competitors did not have the item and directed me to buy online! That is why our shops are closing. Thanks again Lorraine I will definitely be shopping for other items in this store.

I bought my niece a bracelet for her…

I bought my niece a bracelet for her 16th birthday in Ernest Jones, Oracle, Reading. I was served by Zoha. Zoha gave me such a genuinely warm and professional customer service. I was very impressed, especially as she was clearly very young. She is on the right track for success and I was very grateful for help.

Friendly and Personal Service

I came into my local branch of Ernest Jones as I was encountering difficulties with the online order for a new engagement ring. There was a sale on, but the error with the website meant the offer ended that night.

Nabila helped me resolve the issue and ensured i didnt lose out on the discount, due to the issues with the website. She proceeded to help me with the new order. Everything was nice and straightforward. We had a good chat throughout the process, nothing was forced and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a sales discussion.

We had previously been in the store a few days before where Sophie had provided some advice and guidance to us about ring types and suitable materials.

I wanted to wait until the proposal before posting a review, just incase my partner saw any trust pilot emails on our shared account.

The customer service from Samantha at…

The customer service from Samantha at Breahead Branch was outstanding, and helped when picking my wedding ring it was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Ernest Jones and especially from Samantha. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding ring and kept in contact through email/ phoning while sending me options.I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Would definitely recommend and especially for those future brides!

Thankyou so much for Kyle the manger…

Thankyou so much for Kyle the manger today, helping me sort out my platinum insurance.
I was robbed whilst on holiday in Greece, of my gold bracelet.
My mum had bought in February for my 18th birthday.
Kyle was so pleasant and helpful also concerned that I was robbed.
Kyle spoke to the insurance and I had replacement bracelet back on my wrist within 20 minutes.
I am so glad I had the insurance.
