I will be coordinating a Wikipedia event from the 10th to 17th of August. At the moment, intending participants have been unable to create accounts due to IP blocks on major network providers in Nigeria. This right would hell me create user accounts for them before and during the event. Even if I end up not creating any accounts, it's better I have the right and not need it, than needing the right and not having it. SuperSwift (talk) 14:51, 7 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
