K04QR-D (channel 38) is a low-power television station licensed to Esparto, California, United States, airing classic television and paid programming from Timeless TV. The station is owned by Innovate Corp. K04QR-D's transmitter is located on Crescent Ridge in El Dorado Hills, California.
