K04QR-D (channel 38) is a low-power television station licensed to Esparto, California, United States, airing classic television and paid programming from Timeless TV. The station is owned by Innovate Corp. K04QR-D's transmitter is located on Crescent Ridge in El Dorado Hills, California.

History

In June 2013, K04QR-D was slated to be sold to Landover 5 LLC as part of a larger deal involving 51 other low-power television stations;[1] the sale fell through in June 2016.[2] Mako Communications sold its stations, including K04QR-D, to HC2 Holdings (now Innovate Corp.) in 2017.[3]

In 2008, the station flash-cut to digital. This was made before the transition to DTV was required by the FCC.
