Mwenenyagaism is a religion that has its a stronghold around the foot of Mount Kenya {also referred to 'Mount Kirinyanga' by the adherents} although there is a sizeable spread across Kenya predominately among the bantu tribes of gikuyu embu meru and some kamba.

Adherents of this religion, who call themselves "Kano" (loose translates to 'original' or 'real'), are monotheistic and believe Ngai and polygenism and that every tribe aught to follow the "Ugo" or Statement of the Original Heteropatriarchy figures of his/her tribe: which in their case is Gikuyu and Mumbi. Failure to which it would lead "Kirira" which loosely translates to lamentation or suffering. Which the victim would have "riha thiri" which translates to payment of debt otherwise suffering would continue through out his biological lifetime and take up again once reincarnated.

Followers of this religion are associated heavily in nativism and conservatism
