Gerrard L. McGowan (died 17 August 1971) was an Irish Labour Party politician.[1]

As a child, he had to flee his home with his family when the Black and Tans torched it in 1920.[1] A solicitor by profession, he was elected to Dáil Éireann as a Labour Party Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin County constituency at the 1937 general election.[2] He did not contest the 1938 general election.[3] His nephew Jim Glennon was a Fianna Fáil TD.[4]
