Notes:

  1. ^ The 1965 reigning titleholder Ingrid Finger remained Miss International until 1967 because of the cancellation of the 1966 pageant.
  2. ^ Dethroned. The 2012-crowned Ikumi Yoshimatsu was dethroned shortly before the end of her reign, but she was not replaced.[2][3]
  3. ^ The 2019 reigning titleholder Sireethorn Leearamwat will remain Miss International until 2021 due to the cancellation of the 2020 pageant because of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
  4. ^ The 2021 edition was moved to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[4]
