Montigny-lès-Cherlieu (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃tiɲi ʃɛʁljø]) is a commune in the Haute-Saône department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.

The Cistercian Cherlieu Abbey was sited here.
